I don’t have the designs yet, I’m planning on making beta designs in the sims but here is the stuff relating to the au + the headcanons that will be present in it!!
For the Sexual Aversion Disorder thing I will be trying my best to put as much research as I can into this as I don’t want to mess it up, if I get ANYTHING wrong please feel free to correct me!!

Btw there’s a difference between being a trans woman/man and being transfem/transmasc but it’s too complicated to explain in this post, I suggest googling it
Making a spooky month au where the plot is basically this, they’re all aged up by 3 years (I’m not sure about Susie’s canon age so I just guessed, she’s gonna be the same age as Robert) and pretty much none of them are straight
