HOMEMADE VEGETABLE OMELET RECIPE

I guess every people is familiar with vegetable omelet. I mean, who wouldn't? Beside fried egg and regular omelet, vegetable omelet is also loved by a lot of people. The mix of vegetables and egg are really sensational and make a lot of people's tongue feel joy when eat it. Beside delicious, vegetable omelet is also easy to make and not requiring a lot of tools and ingredients, hence why so many people love to cook it including me. So in this blog I'm going to write my own vegetable omelet recipe. I hope this will brings benefit for people out there.
Tools and Ingredients:


Frying Pan
Egg (as much as you want, depend on how many egg you want to cook)
Salt
Small or medium plate for mix the egg
Knife
Cutting Board
Cooking Oil
Leeks (depend on how many egg you cook, like example if you are cooking 2 eggs, for me 2 leeks are enough)
Enough Onion
Spoon or fork to mix the egg
*Whenever I cook a vegetable omelet I always use 2 kinds of vegetable only, leeks and onion. Only these two are already enough for me.
Steps:
Pour the egg into the plate and give an enough salt.

2. Put the leeks and onion above the cutting board and cut it slowly with resulting small pieces with it using the knife. After that smash it until crushed.

3. Mix the egg together and pour the vegetables (leeks and onion) to the plate.

4. Prepare the frying pan, pour enough oil, and turn on the stove with big volume.

5. Pour the egg. After that reduce the volume of stove into medium, and flip the egg up and down like the way you cook an egg in general.

6. After the egg cooked, lift it up, drain the oil, and serve it on the plate. The crispy vegetable omelet is ready to eat 😋. (Eat it with steam rice is highly recommended by me 😉).
