Speaking of baking, I made homemade VEGAN GFDF Vanilla ice cream last night. Made enough for 2 cups worth. The food was absolutely delicious, and every bite brought back childhood memories. It's been quite a journey to find the most delicious vanilla ice cream that is gluten- and dairy-free and doesn't contain oats due to another allergy. I was truly amazed when a friend of my parents surprised me with an ice cream maker.

With a sincere and open heart, I must candidly admit that the tumultuous political landscapes and the harrowing conflicts embroiling distant nations do not resonate deeply within my personal sphere of influence. My empathy extends to those who endure the relentless throes of suffering in these war-torn lands, yet I find myself unable to align with any particular faction in these intricate geopolitical struggles.
I empathize with those who are suffering, but I'm not able to make substantial monetary donations. Also, the abundance of online scams targeting people makes me skeptical about the legitimacy of many donation requests. Please do not send any more solicitations. Thank you.

Our world is far from perfect, and suffering permeates every corner of our existence.
