Despúes de varias semanas sin publicar algo por aquí, les comparto una acuarela que estuve realizando las últimas semanas.
Hacía mucho tiempo había rodeado su corazón de una muralla de fuego, una pared de hielo y un impenetrable cerco de espinas.

While the top of Espinas is covered tough rigid scales, her underbelly is the complete opposite and if you ask nicely and offer her a pillow she'll help you get a good night sleep🛌.

I based this on that particular attack that gets my brain going NYOOOOM where it jumps back and sprays fire that slams you with all 3 of poison/burn/paralysis at once. It's so cool looking. I don't think I captured it quite how I wanted to, but still very fun and I can always try again
I love that colors always records timelapses for you!
(with how stupid long I spent just leisurely colouring in, and everything happening at the same speed, stuff like the fire and background - which i spent very little time on - appears near instantly.
This is partly a problem with my process, and no transparency lock hurt a lot, but I think I know how I could better use the tools that are available to me next time.)

Zack and Espinas have more in common than you think. For example, they are both spiky jungle pals that i love dearly
