uhh so apparently booster shots make me want to make edits. so have a overdue kieutou vid i guess

got so disappointed at go2 ending i started rewatching druck s7

thinking about how watching druck saved my german grade because i couldn’t speak german for shit but after binging the entire show my instructor asked me how i improved so quickly

i know the sana seasons aren’t perfect and there are a lot to criticize about them but my friend (who is a hijabi girl) was feeling sad abt the lack of representation of muslim girls in media so i suggested she watch the sana seasons (for og skam and druck) and see how they make her feel.

she hasn’t stopped texting me about how real she feels sana/amira are and how she sees herself in them, relatable conversations of two beliefs in a single relationship, the internal religious conflicts, etc and i can’t help but realize how happy she is to experience this.

and yes, the sana seasons aren’t perfect. many can say they deserved better- and they did. but my friend is so happy to see this representation.

and she’s extremely in love with yousef and mohamed.

the latest druck scene with them partying at a school was either written by fucking old people who think this is what teens do or by 10 year olds who think this is what teens do.

well, about skamfr. i'm so happy for lucas! (and of course eliott). i mean, finally our boy has accepted himself and his feelings and is not ashamed or afraid to show it to the public! he and eliott, they're so cute, i love them so much! i can't wait for them to be happy and trust each other completely. they both deserve it.

about druck. in my opinion, there are two options:

druck wants us to think jonas is gereven, but actually he's not.

druck is not subtly implying that duh jonas is gereven.

and i really don't mind (like really really) if jonas is gereven. i just love jotteo so much (i can't, they're so cute!). but i'm totally fine if gereven isn't jonas. i mean why should I even object. i'm just afraid that I will not be able to take in gereven×matteo because of jotteo. but that doesn't mean I don't want matteo to be happy. that is what I want for him. but it's my fucking loyalty and I really don't want that to happen (and please do not take my words negatively). anyway, if matteo will be happy so I will.

Oh my gosh I do agree!! However, I haven't watched Skam France so I don't have an opinion on that.

I'm aware I already hold an award for least popular skam opinions but damn if I ever shared more the extreme skam fans would chew me out

For example:

Skam Austin is my favorite remake

Megan is the best Eva remake

Joana is the best Even

Skam España isn't problematic

I don't really care for the OG Even

Skam France only has one good season (take a wild guess)

Druck is good but not that good

Meg and Shay is my favorite ship

And those are the ones that hopefully don't get me a lot of hate lol. I've just been realizing how many things I don't agree with the majority about while browsing tags. Wild.
