his name is kallë lark !! he's a devil fruit user :D his devil fruit is known as the form form fruit, and allows him to shapeshift ( fully and partially ) . he leaves his village and island and joins the strawhats - not sure when exactly but i'm thinking sometime between little garden and alabasta. he finds it easier to transform into animals rather then people - it takes more effort. his wings are due to his df !! he has them out/shifted out most of the time for efficiency!! if you have any questions or want to know more, asks are open :) ill also be posting about him on @cryptobi !!
