Kaikreez Alatreon fusion (Redo)

Haven't done a kaikreez fusion in a while so have this :>

my alatreon bow run was a disaster. i forgot mighty bow the first run so i abandoned it, and the second time(i killed it without carting) i managed to not do enough damage so it went into fire mode(i was using kjarr bow “king”, the fire one)

the only plus side was 3 azure dragonsphires that i don’t even need. also a hard defense jewel

i picked up mhw recently on one of my accounts after a long dry spell and now i have cool new things to do!!!

-crown farming

-every layered armor ever

-alatreon solo with 12 of the 14 weapons!(9/12 so far[cb, ls, sns, hh, swaxe, lance, ig, hammer, bow])

(can’t get artemis bc the account i’m on wasn’t made in time and also i’m not sure if you even can kill alatreon with the bowguns without multiplayer or like. a VERY optimized build)

other fun facts about my mh experience:

-a lot of endemic life crowns. like, a lot. way too many. i love my little blorbos

-i love the charge blade it is my main and favorite weapons. i can play most weapons with varying degrees of efficacy(gunlance…)

-alatreon’s my favorite fight and i feel like i’m going to be crucified for this opinion lmao

My Alatreon Counterbuilds(pt. 1)

Nothing too special about any of these builds, but I will say: Kjarr + Safi + 100% effective affinity is enough to knock Alatreon if you consistently hit it on its forelegs.

I like Blight Resistance against Alatreon, because most of the sets you use against it have terrible Dragon resistance, so you end up getting blighted. There are some exceptions.

pt. 2

For Bow and HH, I used Nulberries. Bow and Dual Blades used Dash Juice. Insect Glaive used a Fire element Foliacath III Forz(20 speed).

Meowlotov + Guild Book(Sleep) or Maestro’s Baton(Paralysis)

I suck at Gunlance. It’s the only run I actually lost in, as I carted once with Great Sword.

50 alatreon kills on my newer account a few days ago. done with cb sans palico(sorry snowfall)
