Yesterday was National Coming Out Day and coming out is obviously a personal choice, something you should do only if you feel comfortable doing.
I just wanted to talk about the fact that you should not feel pressured into it if it makes you uncomfortable. It's a personal decision that you make.
And if your friends/family or anyone you came out to, disowned you, laughed at you or hurt you in any way. SCREW THEM. That's right, SCREW THEM.
You are perfect and you are wonderful, don't forget that. And lastly, I just wanted to wish y'all luck. So good luck 🏳️🌈

Queer happiness needs to be celebrated more often. Like yes I get it, being queer is difficult and different when heterosexuality and being cis is the norm. Taking the less taken path is always harder, but it's also more rewarding. Being queer is tough, but we should not be defined by our weaknesses, but our strengths. Grief does not define you, it unveils you. It makes you crumble and fall, but it also rebuilds you. This is not your fall, this is your rebirth. People are not defined by their looks, or their gender, education or their religion or race. What defines you is your morality, loving someone (it doesn't matter in what way. I'm aroace). And that's what being queer is all about. Not letting society define us, being our own person. This is a community where we all get together. We should be celebrating love and happiness. Our differences are our strengths.
