Today's workout completed.I also did about 11k steps today I'm so proud of myself.I ate less than 600cals ❤

Im so happy and prod of me.I lost 3kg in 2 weeks!My mom said that my big cheeks were gone.Wtf I didn't even notice that I lost that much.I can believe it happened.I had a 2 day binge and I didn't gain it back.
During these two weeks ate between 800 and 1100 calories and I burned 1000 calories by biking,walking on the stepper,kpop cardio dancing and abs.
My stomach is more flat now.
I'm gonna low my calories intake from now to lose more these 2 next weeks

Need to try this for August
Today is my brother bday so I don't know if I am going to be under my limit this time.
I succed to skip breakfast and for lunch I had a small salad and a broth letter soup,which in total is about 250 cals or even less,idk cause I do not have a balance.
But I know that for Diner my mom will do something really big and fat,and I'd how to skip that.
I hope nobody is gonna notice if I just eat a little.I don't wanna lose my progress since I achieve my first goal.

Getting back on track after 4 days over eating and overexercising😭My weigh is the same bit my belly hurts and it's so big now.
I'm gonna fast the longest I can til my mom forces me to eat.I need my stomach to be like before .
My limit for the rest of the month is 400-500 cals.And I'll do some light workouts like walking and standing abs.

My lunch


Today I'm gonna start Omad.School starts in less than 2 months and I wanna lose at least 10kg before.
Todays meal is a green peas salad,the bowl is very small so I can eat less 😋

She's my body goal not too skinny but having a little thigh gap is really cute💕

Yesterday's meal I finally ate twice because I was forced to but it was the same quantity so it's okey I guess.
I realized that doing omad in summer break is impossible to me so I'm just gonna ate 2 small meals when I am forced to and the rest of the time omad.
I will start a serious omad and water fasting when school starts,in less than 2 months.

I hope when school starts I will be able to dress this way without feeling ashamed of my body.
I forgot to post these last days.
