Abyssal Gordon, now with a fresh new look!
A corrupted and ferocious protector of humanity who would gladly cause an extinction if it meant keeping his homeplanet and people safe. Just barely holding on to his original human aspects, easily confused as to where his armor starts and where his flesh begins.
His messed up channelling has rendered him semi-functional and capable of blasting out serious amounts of high-reality energy in several ways. Milder ways include floating (his main mode of locomotion), and telekinetic abilities. Eyes work fine but his face does not. Communicates not in words but rather by “scraping off” pieces of information, emotion, etc. from his noosphere onto the comparatively miniscule noospheres of the people around him.
Abyssal Gordon’s sphere of influence is massive and emits a unique sort of pressure, much like the common feeling you might get when standing close to a large skyscraper. Very difficult for non-hostal lower entities to ignore him.
Often seen with Abyssal Alyx clinging onto his back and jokingly pretending her arms are his.
misc. Paron intel
If you wanna read about my newest giant, it’s below the cut!
Stormköping is a one-city island continent, smaller than Gotland but larger than Gotska Sandön. It's located in the middle of Bottniska Viken, directly east of Hudiksvall. Stormköping has little contact with the rest of Sweden or the nearest neighbor of Finland and is regarded as a "mystery landmass".
Paron was discovered at the south-most beaches of Stormköping during Autumn. They were nude and discovered by two beach cleaners. The general area around the beach is mostly untouched by mankind, with some exceptions of the occasional summer villa.
Paron was quickly taken into custody, given medical attention (as best as you can when you’re treating a giant that nearly drowned), and then questioned after the inhabitants of Stormköping learned that Paron is just as intelligent as a normal human being.
"So where'd you come from?" Paron remains silent. "Okay... what's your name?" "My name is Paron." "Got a last name?" Paron remains silent. "Alright, I see. What's the earliest thing you remember?" "The cold. And sand on my back. In my hair, too." "Yeah, some civilians alerted us to you." "Really? Then... tell them thanks. I felt like I was going to die." "They've already been compensated. Now, back to it. Got any friends? Family? Relatives at all?" Paron remains silent. "Oookay..." The questioner sighs. Paron remains silent.
They are either suffering from some sort of memory loss, or they simply do not wish to discuss their history. Paron seems unsure themselves of which is the most accurate.
Paron enjoys superheroes and one of their hobbies includes comic collecting and reading. From quite early, they showed a particular energy in wanting to become like a superhero, and Stormköping’s Police Commissioner saw potential in such a dream. Paron was quickly hired.
Paron yearns for humanity yet is afraid to shatter their perceived image. They wish to be a beacon of safety and hope, that anybody can come to if they ever feel unsafe. But they often only succeed in being an unsettling sight at best. Perceived as an active threat at worst... Sometimes you get what you want and it’s not what you expect, and sometimes you don’t get what you want.
They speak professionally and in often short sentences, fearing to appear too soft and overstaying their conversational welcome in front of the “wrong people” even though Paron has no idea what “wrong people” include. Above all else, Paron wishes for close physical facial contact, but they’re afraid of even asking for help when feeling stressed. This often causes Paron to “go missing” for a few hours due to the internal frustration, and then reappearing without telling anybody why they left.
Paron likes comics, superheroes, cloudwatching, and people-watching. What they wish for the most in the world is for someone to gently touch or interact with their nose, the center of their face. The Commissioner does this often.
Paron has an often black-and-white morality compass and dislikes crime and criminals. They dislike it when people make comments about them, when they realize they’re different, when they’re forced to hold people, and when people climb on them.
Paron has a friend named Alsu who is an older countrywoman. Paron considers Alsu and the Commisssioner their “two moms”. Alsu doesn’t like the Commissioner. The Commissioner doesn’t like Alsu.
Paron has a face like the sunset. Or perhaps the sunrise.
