Happy new month mi amor 🎀

The theme for this month is - "TAKE A BREAK"

happy new month to everyone, feels great to be alive, Thank God. it's a new month which means a new theme for the month and what I'm going for is "take a break" (queue Eliza singing) in the sense that I'll be doing less for taking info in and more for my mind I won't necessarily stop working but I'll learn to understand that sometimes it's ok to take a break and not overwhelm myself with too much work

goals for July:

1. complete the July step goal

2. start learning how to drive

3. prepare to crochet (it is next month's goal but I want to get resources and material this month)

4. work on grammar

5. consistent workout

6. stick to the diet plan (intermittent fasting)

achievements: ✿ journaled physically ✿ practiced Spanish on duolingo - need to start reviewing past lessons ✿ planned for tomorrow (quarter reset)

reflection: ✿ didn't do a lot today, like hmmm my days have been like a routine one day it's like I do so well completing tasks and all that and the next day I almost fully like suck. but today I knew it was my fault when I decided to stay downtown longer when I was just supposed to get my laundry and go upstairs and fold it but instead, I stayed downstairs for most of the day. Well anyway I Pray tomorrow is better

notes: ✿ also, I feel less sorry for myself and I'm trying to be real with all my faults

achievements: ✿ wrote a really long blog post ✿ practiced french and Spanish ✿ started a new podcast

reflection: ✿ today's workout was great and I decided to do the day 12 workout first thinking oh day 10 says stretch and strength since it's stretching it'll be easier. I thought this especially because I did day 6 Sunday morning which was just stretching, but whoa day 10 was so good but so painful I was so weak.

notes: ✿ I'm going to start studying before I do other stuff because half the time I just end up moving study tasks to the next day because other tasks take so long.
