cinnamon bun milk!!
i make this for my 7 y/o brother and he loves it (so do i haha!)
warning: this is served very very hot! careful making this while regressed, its very easy to burn yourself(speaking from experience)
the method is a tad complicated so if you wanna modify it feel free!
you will need:
-ground sweetened cinnamon
-2 tbsp of caster sugar
-milk
-microwave/stove
-your favourite mug, bottle or sippee
-mini whisk/water bottle(optional, but you’ll see why)
okie so first
• mix a pinch of cinnamon with the sugar and a tiny splash of milk.
• Heat that for 30sec-1min until the mixture has disolved into a bubbling mixture.
•Stir, and half of the milk before heating it for 1 minute
• Stir it!! If not the cinnamon will separate (yucky!)
•Add the rest of the milk and heat it for 1min-2mins, or until its HOT
•Take off the heat, or out the microwave and leave to cool.
• In the mean time, pour a small amount of milk into a waterbottle and shake it- alot! Or use a milk frother, but either way make it bubbly!
• Pour that over the top of your milk
•To serve, dust with sugar and/or cinnamon
Note: When it comes to giving my brother sugar,it makes him hyper- but I like to add more sugar to mine. it helps me get hyper too, which makes me feel small haha
"Excuses" that I've used for my Little Gear since becoming a Regressor:
Pacifier: It was a joke gift from a friend.
Teething Ring/Chewlery: It helps my anxiety. I have a habit of chewing my cheek. I like the sensation of biting.
Stuffies: I really like this character/animal.
Kids Toys: I used to have this toy when I was little. I used to love these toys as a kid. I've started collecting them.
Dips: I don't like stopping on long road trips. I get anxious about accidents when I get stuck in traffic.
Sippy Cup/Bottle: It's more fun to drink out of than regular cups.
Kids Coloring Books: They're more fun than adult coloring books. I really liked this show/character as a kid.
Baby Plates: It has my favorite childhood cartoon on it. I hate when my food touches.
Baby Foods: I wanted to try it. I loved these as a kid. I used to eat them from my younger sibling when they were babies.
Onesie PJs: I get really cold at night. I think it's cute on me. I love this pattern. It's comfortable.
Anything along the lines of "I thought it was cute/cool" or "I have younger siblings/cousins" also works too!
At the end of the day however, why you buy something shouldn't concern others as long as it's safe for you and makes you happy!

Loving lavenders and dandelions dance in my head,
whatever the reason, regardless, only observing is necessary.
Sublime subways and painted layers of cement
tend to bore spirits.
Instead, insightful serenades of a spring's soul
are all that is needed to thrive.
Clouds like puffs of a windmill's effort
Skies mirroring silvered lakes, splotched in wrinkles of olden traditions
All that is balanced, peaceful, or even enticing,
may invite a simple pleasure
in only those, a pleasant heart can enjoy.

♡ Carrots n ranch!! Or broccoli n ranch!! Or cauliflower n ranch! Any veggies you like with ranch!
♡ Steamed veggies with butter, salt, n pepper! My favorites are peas n lima beans!
♡ Fresh fruit! I like the cuties oranges, watermelon, pineapple, dragon fruit, apple, or strawberry!
♡ If you don't have the energy to cut up fruit or are too smol to, fruit cups are good too! Its okay if they're the ones in syrup! (provided you don't have any dietary restrictions that mean you have to watch your sugar intake!) I like pear fruit cups or the mixed fruit with the cherries!
♡ Applesauce! I like the flavored kind like strawberry or pear! (Again you don't have to get the no added sugar kind unless you have to, sugar is A okay for you in moderation!)
♡ Pretzals! I like the pretzel sticks!
♡ Seaweed snacks! I like the vegetable flavored or the Wasabi flavored ones, and teriyaki or BBQ are good too!
♡ Egg!! I like mine scrambled, fried, or poached! I also really like tamagoyaki! I eat my tamagoyaki with rice, crab, and furikake and soy sauce! You can flavor them however you like or even add cheese and they're good for protein! If you have IBS like me though or other tummy issues, make sure your tummy can handle eggs first!
♡ Yogurt!! Any kind you like! I like Yoplait whips or any yogurt with add ins like chocolate chips, Graham cracker pieces, etc!
♡ Fruit pops! Make sure to get the ones with real fruit, and don't have too many!

onesies! - if you want to wear them & can buy stuff online for yourself (without anyone snooping!), onesies can be very discreet! you can wear them under normal clothes, especially hoodies, or even wear them to bed as pjs!
(🧦) sockies! - no one questions fun socks! you can wear cute socks with anything and hide them easily! and knee high/thigh high socks can make you feel super small!!
(👕) fun shirts! - there are lots of fun shirts for cartoons and video games you can wear! both men and women sections sell them, so no one will mind!
(💍) jewelry/accessories! - anyone can wear cute jewelry or accessories! rings and necklaces and bracelets and hats can all be fun little space clothes!
hoodies! - hoodies are so, so comfy!! and big oversized hoodies can make you feel very small!

Life Blog Update #2
Hello!~ It’s currently the 12th of December on a super hot Saturday. It’s about 31 degrees Celsius today, so I went for a dip in the pool but mostly today I’ve been taking care of all my animals.
I recently got a new job at a cute drive thru cafe, since my grocery store job was messing up my availabilities so I’m resigning cause it causes me a lot of stress. Anyway, I hope everything works out in the end, my anxiety has been at 120% because of it all...
Sadly one of my ducklings passed away whilst I was out at work...I have no clue why it happened, like it was just pure chance cause it was only one of the 16 of them so, I’ll be looking closer at what they do just to be careful....
Uhhh what else? Um, I guess I’ve been struggling a lot, but I’m really trying to push myself forward and trying to do self-care....it’s intense but yknow...

I wore a very cute goth dress the other day while riding my bike!!~ Being non-binary and very dysphoric, I didnt wear dresses for ages mainly because of things my ex said, but I picked up the courage to wear it the other day!~ And I’m happy I did.
So that’s all for now, I’ll do another update maybe in a week to see if anything really happens!

Henlo! I’ve decided to begin blogging my life here and there; big updates or little? Ah! Anyway, along with being an age regressor, I also really love cottagecore and as a segway....
I now have 16 Ducklings!
um, yeah anyway, one of them has something wrong with it; either one leg longer than the other or some sort of mental disability...BUT it makes them run in circles! He bit down gently on his lit cigarette that hung onto his pale lips, deciding the time was right to move on. To forget all that once happened, and as the sunset, so did his memories of Lenny.
