in high school my mind came up witha kind of goal that made me what to do something with my life. that doal was to be used in some kids high school paper, it does not mater if the used it right i just thout that if i am being cited in mla i think that will show that i have make something worth the time of other. thare are a few ways you can read this but i rather like this goal.
autocorrect and the record
I read “Autocorrect” by Ellen Xu and listened to “The Record” by Boygenius, and I think that doing this it has uplifted both autocorrect and the record and made them better in my eyes. Both are about connections with others and wanting to be with them.
In Autocorrect, Ellen speaks about her relationship with her father. Their relationships began to strain from the stress of her father living in another country to work, all the way in China. She talks about how sad and angry she is from her father's choice, and how all the promises he made are now null and void. She says
“I just had my first driving lesson today and don’t you remember promising me years ago that you would be the one to teach me to drive”
This line hit me like a hurricane hits a straw house.
The first song on The Record “Without You Without Them” is about how the singer would not be the same person without their partner's parents but their grandparents.
“Thank your father before you
His mother before him
Who would I be without you, without them?”
This shows what to know about another person to not only know them but their history, they thank their partner's ancestors, saying they would not be the same person without them. Later in the song they speak about the want to be known and to know someone else
“Speak to me, speak to me, speak to me
Until your history's no mystery to me”
“I want you to hear my story and be a part of it”
Both speak of a want to understand the other to be close to them, the want to know them. With the record, it’s the want to be known and know, with Autocorrect it is the want to be with someone and share a history. Both of these texts have similar themes and that is why i think they bring out the best in each other, like players in a game of basketball when alone they can work but when together they will win.
Trash of the Count's Family is back
it came back real strong with the nameing of my favreet chaiter the baby dragen

Nito’s Guide to the Parallel World - manga
by Joryu Romero
Hidako Masamune is a high school student who suffers from continuous bullying by his classmates. Becoming tired of it all, he decides to commit suicide, but instead he is transported to another world along with all his classmates. When they arrive, they find that they now possess amazing abilities but he was only granted the status of a "healer," the weakest skill of all. The king decides to get rid of him by transporting him to another faraway place, but not before Hidako swears revenge against the king, the kingdom, and all of his classmates.
i realy like the art for this comic, its simpel but its got a bit of twang. i like the idea of his abilaty of reversing magic and what that means for the world at large. most of the time in my opeon storys like this get stuck on trying to make the main chariter fit in the world, this comic does not do that, he does hide him self but he does not become a large part of the world makeing or selling things like in other kicked out dudes
Season 3 of The Silt Verses
launches on 17th August 2023. i am so happy to see more from theas folks, from what i have seen or herd it is going to go more in to the folks that are makeing anti gods and in to how thare military works.
this is my therary for the ark of the story, the river folks are going to take more of a back seat but will be seen. we will get a pov guy in the milatary or in power simaler to the judacater
Drive by Yamada Hamachi - manga
Nagisa Yamagami is a high school girl in her rebellious phase. Constantly in trouble at school, she has even abandoned her one redeeming quality - ballet - in opposition to her mother’s wishes. However, on the way home one day, a chance encounter with a blind teenage boy in the middle of town changes her fate drastically.
i am a huge fan of this art styel, it felt as if i had read something they had had a hand in art whys. its a real short read as it is a oneshot, whoud not be mad if it got a lot more chapters going a bit more around the other folks in the bar. thare is a real cute part in witch the mc is cared doun stairs in to a underground bar, the folks helping her are some stareyo tactical punks. when i first saw the drag qween i did not realise that we were to know who that is but you most likely will get it by the next page.
My Daughter Left the Nest and Returned an S-Rank Adventurer
After losing his leg as a startup adventurer, he retired to his hometown in the countryside. Doing things such as collecting medicinal herbs, exterminating magic beasts and wild beasts, and helping with the villagers’ farm work, it’s hard to decide whether to call our protagonist an adventurer or a handyman. And while doing these things his age quickly approached thirty.
One day while searching the mountains for herbs, he discovered an abandoned child. Thinking that he couldn’t just leave it, he took it home and raised it until his age approached forty. His now grown-up daughter had also wanted to become an adventurer, likely from growing up watching her father. Although her father had taught her the sword since she was young for self-defense, her talent at it was quite impressive. Thinking that it would be better for her not to be stuck out in the country for the rest of her life, our protagonist sent her to the adventurers’ guild in the Capital. His daughter officially became an adventurer.
After another five years, the protagonist, now in his forties, is still acting as a pseudo-adventurer in the countryside. However his daughter is now a distinguished S Class adventurer but hasn’t returned home once yet… “Just when will I get to see Daddy again…!?”
Manga Descriptions are so long but they tell you all you choude need to know about the manga. I love how in all ways but in her training the father is doting and loving. I love the daughters' team, they have some fantasy racism but it does not become a large part of the story. The littel girl that has the mage body garde is vary interesting. Thare take on monsters is interesting, as they talk abot them as if they are animals that are just a part of the world.
Is the destination a hero or a demon king?-manga
Mamiya Yuuto was transported into another world after hearing those words, but all he got out of it was a younger body and the ability to see his status screen at any time — in overwhelming detail. Survive in a different world with skills and magic, armed with the experience of working life and the knowledge and perseverance of a retired gamer!
If you look at all the manga I have reviewed, I really like other world manga. This world does have a system which doesn't have to be bad and it does look like that the demon king is just a part of the world that folks know of and is more like what party you follow. As this manga is still being translated i have hope for it and i what to see more.
slime rancher - game
i like farming games a lot or i gauss a better word for it is being a merchant. growing or exploreing spaces for things to sell, with slime rancher as you gessed you farm slimes lots of difrent kind. nun of the slimes feel difrent in the way you interact with them other then the phosphor slime, but evan that slime after you cuse the right space for them its kind of over. i do not think i played the game in the way that the game makers wanted me to but not in a nintendo way in witch they explisitly say they dont what you to do something. i did not intreact with the mail from all the chariters as thats not what i like to do in games. but what littiel i did read i did find the chickin guy funny. thare are some things that i did not like, i feel like i shoud be able to hold more then 4 things at a time i do like that by late game you can hold 100 of most things, my ps4 is a bit old i think i have had it sence midele school maybe older but becase of this some newer games if i run it for to long or have to many entatys in a game it can tend to crash and this happend rather often, in no way do i blame the game but i think its something you shoud keep in mind if you have a older console or its not that strong.
this is a good game not on my must play list but i think the flow of this game is rather aparent
Player-webcomic
Through posting a "Best Comment", I somehow became the main character of a webtoon! I like how the god figure in this story is active in the story and not just showering the main character with skills and gifts, he is also rather villain-like or like an absent father to most of the ego weapons. The main character is so cool and does not see the rest of the cast as something less than or less human. Evan the rest of the cast is strong and thare
What Do You Wish for With Muddy Eyes-manga
One day, Raizou Takakura, an average salaryman, had a heart attack and his life ended that day. But, he got a second life in a different world. Reincarnated with strong skills― wasn't what happened to him. Instead, he was reincarnated as a foot soldier in a small country, Highserk Empire, which is surrounded by large countries. With a new name, Walm, he was thrown into the frontlines of a war. Covered in blood and stench of death, along his comrades, he was slipping through the life-or-death situations This reincarnation manga does things fairly different then the rest. There is no screen that pops up when you say stats or inventory, you have to feel the skill as it is a part of you. I really like the main character as he has a bit of a hard time willing to kill others still up to the latest chapter. Eavan after he gets a rather strong skill. There is another reincarnation manga that does show you the fear of killing others but after the first time it is brought up it is dropped and just turns in to another war strategy manga.
Player Who Returned 10,000 Years Later-webcomic
I love to see it when the main character is a strat up bad person and they know it. I think this has a lot of what RETURN OF THE MOUNT HUA SECT has, “helping” others so that they (the mc) can get closer to their goals. The powers that he does keep after returning i think they call them authorities or rights, as they are very different then the skills that they use on earth. The way that the worlds seem to be encroaching on each other is kind of an ass pull. But it makes sense with the rules we learn a bit later.
Dungeon Odyssey-webcomic
The descendants of mankind, born in the labyrinth and raised on the milk of monsters, possessed special strength and strong bodies. When they returned to earth, mankind referred to them as dungeon babies. Among them, Kim Jinwoo was born in the deepest labyrinth. “I never tried to become strong, I just wanted to live.” From the lowliest excavator to the king of the labyrinth, his life story is now unfolding This is one of my favorite webcomics out right now as it does thighs just a bit different from other comics as there are no levels just what flower they are from they call them “dungeon baby's” which I feel gives it a realness that other comics does not have. The art style is vary different and brings a fresh feeling to a new story. The parasite is very interesting both in the way it looks and acts, giving the main character a more than human feeling.
Find us alive-podcast
Incident 6320-A On █/█/███, Foundation Site-107 underwent a massive dimensional shift, trapping all personnel inside dimensional anomaly SCP-6320. To date, attempts to contact outside help have proved unsuccessful. This is a must listen if you are a fan of scp. At first I was a bit apehenive as they have a autistic character and adhd coded characters, the fear that it would be like the good doctor made me a bit touch and go but as i get to see more of them i feel in love with them. What I see as the main character is a bit boring till he makes a code so they can keep notes, throw loops or reseats. There are some episodes that are so human that I feel like there are really more folks then just the main characters.
Bubble-podcast
Welcome to Fairhaven, a literal Bubble of corporate utopia set amid the wild, goblin-infested Brush. The first scripted comedy series from Maximum Fun, Bubble was created by Jordan Morris, and tells the tale of a small band of monster killers struggling to make ends meet and find love in a nightmarish version of the gig economy I don't think this podcast is that good, maybe it's just not for me but there's a lot that I think they fall flat on like the folks that live outside the bubble, the history of the world. It feels rather slapped together with a lot of cool things that do not fit together. This is “The first scripted comedy series from Maximum Fun” so i dont think they are a place made to make scripted content as all the stuff i have seen from them is not scripted.
I am in eskew
Eskew is a city of steep and winding streets, where the rain seemingly never stops and the buildings change at will. David, the narrator, is from our world, but has found himself trapped in this living, murderous city, unable to find his way home. With escape impossible, David documents his bizarre, often mind-bending experiences in a series of endless recording, hoping that someone – anyone – will hear them I have so much love for this podcast but my god do i not understand what is going on, i think about it like house of leaves, i do not understand and could not tell you what was going on in the late end but that is the best part. The female narrator has the best parts when she speaks to the mother of the main character it is the best.
Don't mind
From the creators of The White Vault and Dark Dice comes a new tale of mystery. After his brother, Colin, goes missing on a UK road trip, American Neal leaves his comfort zone in search of Colin at his last known location; Cruxmont, UK. There, Neal meets Dr. Kingston, a neurologist with her own goal in mind; finding the source of an unrecognizable miracle
This podcast does a lot of interesting things. The “monster” is fairly new but in the past couple years we have seen a lot of things like that. Having a character that looks at things in a way that Dr. Kingston does bring me so much joy as I love to see what the world will do with magic or normal+ things.
Impact winter
More than a decade after a comet strike has inflicted an "impact winter" and blacked out the sun, vampires have emerged in the darkness to take over what remains of the world. Humans have fled underground, clinging to an existence that feels increasingly doomed. One vampire hunter, a young woman named Darcy, is lured from her bunker beneath an ancient castle by a powerful vampire overlord and thrust into a fight for her people's future.
There are a lot of interesting things in this podcast but I feel that it falls short of my expectations as it falls into the trap other vampire centric shows into. And that trap is that they try to show vampire society but they stay there way too long (also human romance with a monster has no interest to me if it is not gay). I don't care about how crazy strong and how much influence they have, they are a force, show the things they affect.
Badlands cola
Badlands Cola is a cinematic mystery/horror audio drama about eldritch fossils, hate-flirting, and liminal nightmares that yawn wide in the night. In a desert town full of strange fossils and even stranger people, a hard-hearted PI and a broken-down radio DJ attempt to dig up the skeletal past of a cult before it can reform. I don't think this podcast is that good. It has some interesting things that they could have gone further into like the house or the repeating town. I feel like the podcast goes too much on the “hate-flirting” and not on the horror of bone gods and house of leaves style homes. There are a lot of hooks none of them are baited correctly so i just don't what to bite
The art of ambition
In the city that never sleeps, the next opportunity is right around the corner… The Art of Ambition is a modern noir-esque series told from the perspective of a New Yorker with his ear to the ground and a knack for turning a situation to his advantage. It's fairly interesting, nothing to write home about. I like the idea of taking advantage of city space that no one is using. I have a lot of thoughts like this to tust steal land from those that dont use it. The voice acting is good as well its a solid b+, they do well but nothing so good that you should take notes on.
Hand in glove
Jake Corliss is a 26-year-old "quadruple-A" pitcher trying to get one last shot in the majors. Javy Correa is a 22-year-old catching phenom ready to take baseball by storm. They're both about to meet in the minors for the first time, though, and when they do, they'll find something neither of them ever expected.
Never going to shut up about gay romance, they do a lot of things well. There are some parts that I think could have been done better but other than that I have no real issues with it. When Javy Correa starts to speak Spanish it never does not make sense. I think there's a lot thay choud do if they wanted to so many good hooks very well baited.
The Legion Tapes
The Legion Tapes are selections from an archive chronicling the world after the end. The alien Legion takes over worlds and absorbs the sentients of those worlds. They've assimilated eleven species so far, and humanity is next on their list. But even after the nations of the world fall, and even after being reduced to communicating solely by radio, humanity's fighting back. This podcast does one thing really well and that is its use of the radio. The names of the characters are rather interesting, naming themselves after animals similar to the beacon. There are some slight things that I am not a fan of and they are as such, Mist's voice sounds exactly like karkat from homestuck, they did not go into as much detail about the humans working with aliens. There are some things that they should go in to in later seasons maybe have it take place from the aliens side that would be interesting
Demon copperhead
This is one of my favorite books as the audio book is read in a country accent. I love to hear a country accent in anything as long as they dont make them a joke, they go into that in the book a bit and I like that response to it. Demon, magot, and Angus are the best characters I have seen in a long time. I thought that magot was going to have an anti-gay plot line but i am happy i am happy that did not happen. Love that demon and angus had a fairly good relationship. I still hate that lady that got him hooked on drugs, i do not like the girl that gets him hooked on drugs and has him living in a falling apart house. Both of them are hurt people and do not deserve it but I do not like her. The book left me wanting more but i understand why they would want to end it thare, most if not all of my needs are met with this book.
The competition
Each season covers an obscure, real-life competition and follows the contestants until there is only one left standing.
I only listened to the 2ed season as I am not that interested in the piano competition, but I am interested in the la mister leather. All the guys in this are super interesting. The audio design is really good. Folks should take notes on this podcast if they are waiting to make a podcast. Some of the interviews are a bit quiet when compared to others.
