Waiting For QUEUE Is Like Waiting For Rain In This Drought - Tumblr Posts

his time was often spent traveling, chasing after pleasures and excitement rather than wasting away in the quaint little paradise eve had created for herself-- and them. still. alexandria had been where he claimed his home was for the past two hundred years; give or take. it had almost become tradition, at this point, that whenever he returned to his sprawling estate he would host a hedonistic dinner party to celebrate his return. delicacies from all over the world, from varying species and their cultures; men, and women, at the prime of their lives eager to eager to engorge themselves on food and wine, and cum. his dinners became synonymous with sin and the celebration of it. many clamored for his attention just in hopes that they would, one day, receive an invitation for themselves so they could indulge in the vampires grace and pleasure seeking. yet even with the most delicious morsels in attendance, xzavulon was often the only draekov gave his full attention.
their relationship was long lasting, convoluted, and tangled-- and draekov wouldn't have had it any other way.

"you're either lost, pet, or you're more bold than i previously thought." stepping into the upstairs hallway of his home, the glorified orgy raging below in the dining room, draekov was surprised to find one of his snacks standing in the doorway; peaking in on his xzavulon. rather than being annoyed with them for straying, the vampire was amused. "be a good pet," he commented as he wiped some fresh blood from his lips, "and find your way back to the others. for now he's mine... but if i feel inclined to share, i'll come find you."
pushing past the guest, who stumbled away back to the party, draekov finally stepped into the grand bedroom he had told zav to wait for him in. "sorry for keeping you waiting, i had to wade through your fans. funny, they are normally desperate for my attention but tonight more of them seem drawn to you... not that i can blame them."
he didn't say it outright but there was something in his eyes, something in the way they shown in that dimly lit room as his lips threatened to hint at a smile, that said it for him. he had missed xzavulon.

taking them to the edge of alexandria, the drive barely lasting thirty minutes, for the first time in a long time the dragon found himself a bit nervous. pulling up to a sprawling, empty lot, he parked his truck and without saying much of anything he got out a took a few steps towards the open acreage; his hands on his hips as he waited for jack to get out and join him.
"bare with me here, i know i promised you some big surprise and this doesn't look like much..." he spoke as he heard the crunch of leaves and dirt beneath the other's shoes as he approached.

"but just humor me? come 'ere..." turning back, he stretched out his hand and offered it to jack. "we've been here for three months now, alexandria is comfortable, but it feels like something is missing. now, i could be crazy, but imagine if we built a small house over there to the left; by the tree line." he explained as he point over with his left hand, gesturing at a flat section of land against the thick line of trees. "a story, maybe two if we really need it, and some yards behind it i was thinkin'-- now it would still take some time but, with my powers, i could clear us out some land and dig us a small pond."
"--and over here," he pulled jack closer, resting jack's back against his chest as he shifted his hands around so he could, instead, wrap his arms around the man as he spoke. "what if we built a barn-- or if i built a barn. doesn't have to be anything big, just something we could put a horse or two in," he continued on as his hands settled on the other's waist; his chin resting on jack's right shoulder. "we've got enough space to make a garden or two, might even be able to squeeze some cattle in if we're smart about it. i know it's nothing like what we used to have but, i don't know, give me some time with-- i think i could make it feel like home for us."
technically blair had everything he wanted, everything he needed, with jack at his side but since settling in alexandria he still felt anxious; he felt like something was missing and nothing he did was enough to keep him busy. this would though. this would keep him busy. this would quiet his mind.
"what do you think? crazy idea? the lands all for sale..." actually it wasn't. blair had already bought it. "...it's small, i know, but we could make it work. our own little ranch, one no one can take from us this time."
