"I have no name, but Jedi like you might call me a Sith." - The Stranger
I haven't posted my artwork here on Tumblr for a while! This idea came to me a few days ago. I truly hope you like this!
How amazing was Manny Jacinto as "The Stranger"? Talk about a totally bad-ass Sith! (And a hot Sith, too!) đ I've been wanting to see a true Sith like that (when it comes to live action) for a loooong time! He had the best lines, too. Another favourite of mine was: "I don't make the rules, the Jedi do. And the Jedi say I can't exist. They see my face, they all die." And of course, the coldest & most cruel line was: "Was that its name?" Ah, gave me the chills!
This style of artwork is called "Crosshatching". I haven't done this art style in a long time. It was fun to create. And yes, the proportions are correct! Especially with the right arm...you wouldn't see his right bicep from that angle. I used Sakura Pigma Micron pens for the artwork. The space/starry background was done with Koi Watercolours. White highlights around The Stranger is a Sakura gel pen.
I absolutely loved The Acolyte. (And don't come at me with your hatred towards the series. Any hateful comments will be deleted & I will block you.) I loved seeing an era in the Star Wars universe that was never seen before (when it comes to live action). I'm still lamenting over the fact that freaking Disney cancelled The Acolyte. (Shame on Disney & all the toxic SW fans who did their best to destroy the series...hope your misery & hatred makes you "happy" now.) I want more Acolyte. Shoot, even Manny Jacinto himself stated that he wants a season 2 of Acolyte. Yes, YES, YES! Please! Make it happen. đ„ș There is still so much storyline that can be told. The best lightsaber fights & Jedi vs. Sith came from The Acolyte. I wanted to see more "Ohsamir", too! Darn it! And to see how a Sith trains his apprentice. I want to make an Acolyte era style of Jedi, too! Those gauntlets that the Jedi wear look so cool!
The "sexists and racists" mostly aren't, They're people who like Star Wars when it's good. The Acolyte wasn't good. It's really that simple. Anytime somebody doesn't like bad Star Wars, ya'll scream sexism and racism. You blame people for bad product. Blame the writers. The # of "sexists and racists" is way way less than you think. You need to stop seeing "anyone who disagrees with what I like" as sexists and racists.
It's crazy, because I don't at all cry racism and mysogyny as soon as something doesn't actually work or is criticized as bad. So what is this bullshit argument, thrown completely at random, and who, I imagine, has the nerve to feel intelligent to throw around this kind of bullshit ? Everyone knows how the Star Wars community overall is full of racists and misogynists, in addition to an overall very toxic fan community, because of the way some people think they are "guardians of the temple".. This is nothing new and I don't understand what you're trying to do by trying to ignore this glaring element that influenced The Acolyte. There was literally a petition against the show before it even came out and we had any information about the plot. Stop pretending that hatred is caused by writing. Stop pretending that The Acolyte is one of the worst things to happen to Star Wars. This is bullshit, pure and simple. Oh, and everyone knows that these people are actually a vocal minority, attacking at the same time, trying to scare and intimidate to make themselves seem outnumbered. The worst part is that it works and really scares certain productions. The show isn't perfect, but it's not bad either. And it is especially very good in terms of themes, specific to or linked to Star Wars. Whether you like this reality or not.
OKAY OKAY listen to me carefully

âYouâve never given in to those urges, have you? Even after all these years.â
âI⊠Iâm a JediâŠâ You muttered feebly as you sat watching him cook over the small stove, occasionally gazing over at you through those gorgeous, deep brown eyes.
âNo, you were a Jedi. A Padawan at that. You arenât anymore. You're free to do as you please.â You knew exactly what he meant, exactly what you wanted to do. You hadnât been subtle when he had walked out of the sea earlier, the way the drops of salt water had clung to him as more of his form was slowly exposed to you, as though they didnât want to let go. You knew the feeling. You hadnât been able to tear your eyes off of him. But what had followed afterwards was a pang of guilt so intense you could have doubled over with it.
The Jedi had always been good at instilling shame in its pupils.
And you knew that. Logically, you knew that the Jedi way was not a path that you followed anymore, that the values you were taught from a young age were not ones that bound you now. And yet, you couldn't bring yourself to cross that invisible line. No matter how much you desperately wanted to.
âI can give you what you want.â He paused, as though gaging your reaction.
âAnd how do you know what I want?â You asked, angry as he continued to read your every action perfectly.
âBecause I have been you before. SeeâŠâ He moved quickly, striding over to you, pulling off his top and kneeling down. The intensity of his eye contact was unwavering and it made you blush and begin to move backwards, but he reached out gently, enveloping your hand with his and stopping you in your tracks. A soft power spread through your body from the epicentre where your hands met, and by the look on his face, he could feel it too. It was dark and overwhelming, but as flowed further through you, it felt right. He felt right.
He was moving your hand towards him, and you could do nothing but let him, dizzy with the way he was openly sharing himself with you. He finally broke his hypnotic eye contact to turn away from you, and as his hand left yours, you already missed the warmth of his touch. And then your eyes focussed in on what he was trying to lead you to. Your fingertips met the rough skin that streaked across his back like a lightning bolt, a jagged welt that bore unimaginable pain.
âEvery Jedi Master leaves scars on their Padawan, whether mental or physical. Mine are obvious. YoursâŠâ He turned around to see your eyes wide, dazed and confused by his admission. He had been a Padawan. And now here he was, a Jedi killer. Maybe he did know what you wanted. He was right, he was you, just a few mere details tweaked. âYour Master killed the girl you were, your ideas, your individuality. Your morals. He rebuilt you whatever way he saw fit. He made you think preserving peace and teaching younglings were all you could be good for. I hope you see now that you can be so much more than that. You are so much more than that.â As though proving his point, his hand grasped yours again, the near dizzying power flowing through you once more. You remembered something he had said earlier, something he had wanted. The power of two. You knew what he meant now. Who wouldnât want this?
It didn't take long for you to give in to everything you had promised to abstain from. Anger. Fear. Desire.
You spent your days training your body and mind, doing everything to remove the final shackles the Jedi had over you. And you spent your nights with him, legs intertwined, sloppy, opened mouth kisses as he rocked into you, reminding you who had opened your eyes to a whole new world of pleasure and pain. That he was the one who had corrupted you. That he was the only one who would ever see you like this. The only one who would ever make you feel like this.
The night he had told you about his past was the night you had finally allowed yourself to go after what you wanted.
You had kissed him first. You werenât sure where it came from, but he was there in front of you, shirtless and on his knees, promising you a new life, and you couldnât help yourself. You gave in so easily. And he reciprocated. He took you to bed and undressed you tenderly. Every touch was addictive, your body reacting to him in a way you didn't think possible. Then he buried his head between your legs, and suddenly this⊠sensation was starting to overcome you. His tongue was swirling around your core, and there was a pressure building, and it felt good, really good but it was hot and weird andâŠ.
âWait, waitâŠâ you gasped, and he lifted his head immediately, panting and looking up at you with confused eyes. The feeling was gone immediately, but you could still feel the panic rising in your throat.
âAre you ok?â He asked cautiously, hand grabbing yours. You squeezed gratefully.
âYeah, I⊠sorry, I just had this weird feeling and I didn'tâŠâ He smiled softly, and you blushed, feeling like an idiot.
âDo you trust me?â Everything in your head was telling you no, telling you to scream at him, to let you go back to your old ways, but your heart fought back. You nodded. âThen let it happen, ok?â You nodded again, and watched as his tongue dipped back into your folds. You moaned lightly, running your hand through his hair as he continued, and that feeling was back again. You started to panic, but he gripped your hand tighter, reassuring you, and then something happened. All the pressure was suddenly released and all that was left was a wave of white hot pleasure ripping through your body. Your hips bucked into him instinctively as you rode it out, vision cloudy, hand gripping his tight.
It wasnât long before he was inside you, his thrusts long and deep. It hurt, you couldnât deny it, a pain biting at you that almost brought tears to your eyes. But he looked down at you, whispering praises and curses and the pain gave way to pleasure, even more blinding than before. You whimpered, a pathetic cry torn from your lips.
âThatâs it, good jobâŠâ he muttered, âthat feel good?â You hummed in acknowledgment, not quite enough breath in your lungs to say anything else. You ran your hands up and down his arms, feeling the rippling muscles there as he continued to rut into you.
âMaker, you feel incredibleâŠâ
And after that, you were his. His pupil. His lover. His acolyte.
The power of two.
Dark S2 E5 thoughts on Jonas x Martha dream
(beware of spoilers for the whole season)
I saw that some people here were creeped out of seeing the dream scene from 5th episode of Dark's new season.
Imho, the dream with the Stranger and Martha was beautiful, dramatic and disturbing. From where I see it, Jonas as the Stranger is an emotionaly scarred adult, who lost the love of his life, when he was young. This is how he remembers her, young and beautiful in his hands, beeing happy together when everything was normal and nobody knew the truth. She still haunts him and he is trying to make things right. And he keep seeing those dreams of their moment of intimacy, which causes the Dark matter starting to form out of her belly as an allusion of their connection triggering the black hole to open and the loop to exist.
This dream is a memory projected onto the screen of his new reality, as they where both 16-17 when it happened in the first place. Him being 49 years old now and her still being 17ish, is not the main reason for the scene to be seen as wrong, cause it's just a memory. He changed, she didn't. Would this scene be easier for us to accept, if they were both the same age? Maybe. We've seen those two dreams already. But Jonas grew up, and she never will. The love making scene is probably his last happy memory of her. And in that crazy world, can we judge him for having these dreams?
It's actually the dark matter formation that makes this dream a nightmare, I've found more disturbing. And it's the dark matter stuff that wakes him up all in a cold sweat. That's what makes it ominous.
I mean, she is still his aunt, we don't forget that. But the family trees here are so intertwined, that it's not even that disturbing anymore. You can be your own grandma in this show, for God's sake! In Dark your daughter could give a birth to you, and send you back in time, so you would marry your own granddad and give birth to your mom and your aunt!
Who still thinks that dearly loving a girl, who loves you back and with whom you're a perfect match, apart from the fact she is your aunt, is that bad?!
Oh, this season is blowing my mind...
What a beautiful parallel! Martha is questioning her reality in conversation with Jonas ones again.
Question is though: "What When is not déjà vu in this TV series"?

Dark S2E7 - S2E8 Parallels
Parallels different, but the same Martha x Jonas Martha x the Stranger She knows itâs her Jonas, because he will always react the same when she touches his face. I know all this thing is still a taboo, but there is a beauty in their emotions and facial expressions anyway. I cannot imagine, how it might feel to wait 33 years for the love of your life, who died in your arms, to touch your face again. When I look at the Stranger I truly see Jonas. Martha had just observed the same.
Dark S2E4, S2E5, S2E8 Parallels
Parallels different, but the same
Martha x Jonas Martha x the Stranger
Continuation of the topic of parallels in Dark:
Letâs not focus here on by which moral standarts it is wrong and disturbing, just please, put it aside for a minute, alright?
There is a beauty in their tender moments together and in their dreams about each other. This is how she dreams about their kiss in a moment of intimacy. This is how he dreams about their moment of happiness 33 years later. It haunts both of them, because she thinks she lost him and he knows he already lost her. Deep down, she knows that he is alive, as well as he knows that this time - she could live. She tries to find him, whereas he tries to do everything he can in order to save her. Their love for each other is so strong, that none of the crazy stuff really matters. Just take a look at them then, young and in love, pressing their foreheads together. It was probably for the first time, when they felt truly connected to each other, hours before everything was ruined. And look at them now, one year and a week later for her, and 33-34 years later for him, hours before the apocalypse. You still can see their unique connection. Itâs so present, that you can feel it even through your screens. Regardless of their time apart, regardless of messed up bloodlines and time travels â their connection was always there.
Reaction on the Strangerâs appearance for the first time (Dark S1E2)
Seeing the Stranger for the first time, all mysterious, covered in dirt, looking like he knows what the heck is going on, when nobody else does
Me, already hooked on the character:
Watching him stepping out of the shower and spending his time in a hotel room with an investigation (?) wall, dressed only in a towel and doing some cryptic stuffÂ
Me, totally intrigued with everything about him:
A moment after the episode has ended, I was web searching the actorâs name and then I've found out that in real life he looks like this:
Me, realizing that the temperature of the room has increased drastically [Honestly, that gaze and that looks... Mamma mia...] :
I wish I could say that things changed much, but the Stranger is still one of my favorite characters and Andreas Pietschmann is still ridiculously good looking for a 50-years old man. So... I am still a bit of a âMonica from this gifâ about it.
Hope i am not the only one like that :DÂ
P.S.: I know Iâm one year and a half late to post it, but my blog was created very recently and I needed to share it with you guys :)
This? Oh, this is just The Stranger after taking a shower, looking like a Greek god for two seasons straight.Â

Perfection!
Guys... I have found this masterpiece on YouTube today and I've never seen a better video on Dark Season 2. This is a âmust watchâ situation. The parallels, the quotes, the music, the editing - they're as close to perfection as it could get.Â
I do not own anything, just sharing a beautiful video created by littlesociopath with you all.Â
The evolution of Jonas throughout all three seasons of Dark.
This post is Adam-free :)
I just love how cool Jonas/The Stranger is going to look in season 3!!
Agree with everything that was written and crossed outđ
Nevertheless, when you stumble upon his and his wife's photos together, you can see how happy they look and ... I can't ignore the fact that he's taken. But adult Jonas from Dark isn'tđđ
Andreas Pietschmann is 50. I`ll just leave that information here for everyone to soak it in because this is my goal in life, looking 20 years younger in my 50s. Also, I`d marry him in a heartbeat.Â
At least we know that for the next 32 years Jonas will continue to be hot.
So, there's that.
Not much for a consolation prize after surviving numerous murder attempts, endless life tragedies and losing pretty much all the people you cared about, though.
imagine meeting the sexy version of yourself from thirty years who has a cool beard and looks like he was rolling in the mud in s01 and then in s02 you meet a even further version of yourself that looks like a passion fruit and a raisin fucked and had a child
jonasâ life is rough
