Big batch of Steve Saga guys, I'm drawing every Steve and every time I think a change in design is fit

I gave Lucas really long hair cus... Y’know, horse. His hat is backwards becase I could not draw it faving firward for the life of me. I also didn't realise until after I coloured him that I coloured him wrong, but whatever, I like it.

Really happy with all the villains, they just scratch an itch in my brain, especially Dark Sabre (I know he's not really a villain, but still) and Reverse Steve

Knightmare Steve's crown looks like a tiara and y'know what, slay.

au where after already running and being helpess and realizing this is JUST THE START Sabre decides to go to Nightmare Steve and pledge allegiance to him. "I'll do anything, be anything you want, your ally, friend, servant, just please keep us safe" He gets Lucas on board pretty quick, but Rainbow is much harder to convince, in the end Rainbow goes along, he totally doesn't trust Nightmare Steve, because he's a villain, but Sabre thinks it's a good idea so he'll try it. Sabre becomes bff's with Nightmare Steve and both kind of balance eachother out. Any Steve Sabre rescues becomes a loyal subject of Nightmare Steve, but Sabre has influenced him to not be absolutely terrible. Shadow Steve, Dark Steve and Shadow Sabre are all present during this and are just sat in total confusion as Nightmare Steve has tea with some chicken guy they were trying to murder a day ago.

This literally just happened to me… I was watching Parrot’s “Why I Removed the World” video and suddenly that music starts playing and I can hear the ‘sometimes villains aren’t so cut and dry’ or whatever he says in my head

...I was watching a YouTube video when the background song became one that was used in The Steve Saga (the discontinued season 2's intro song i think?) and oh boy if you could've seen my face my brain went straight to thinking about TSS 😭

I love how anticlimactic some scenes in TSS can be. Like you’ll have some random powerful villain and the heroes cowering in fear, then there’s a 10 second awkward pause as the villain writes on signs to get the point across

And then the sign will be something stupid like “I HATE YOU”

I’ve always had the headcanon that TSS!Elemental was a regular at the Great Library (for researching the world, gaining info, etc. since bro had no memories) but as he started to get more cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs the Great Librarian cut off his access. Which probably made bro really salty. Dude had at least seven books he didn’t get to return smh

Okay so. Did the steve saga ever explain what Faceless was. Not RQ Faceless. Not Beef. I’m talking OG faceless from 2017 or 2018 or whatever.

Cause like. It was just THERE with Ghost in the catacombs. I remember there being stuff about how Ghost was connected to Faceless or whatever? But then that whole arc got cut short thanks to Nightmare and Elemental scheming like bastards

Joke headcanon/theory:

Remember how Time Steve was the first Steve to ever talk in chat to Sabre. At the time, we kinda assumed it was because of his power. But even weak steves like green steves could talk in chat after that point. So…

I like to think that Time went back in time and literally genetically altered all steves so that Sabre could talk to people without signs lol

Sabre in the beginning of TSS: this is terrible, blue steve is so mean, he’s the strongest Steve

Sabre later: yeah so I punched a steve god in the face, laughed about it and got 100k views on YouTube

Remember y’all, the official birth of the steve saga was October 15th, 2017!! That’s when the original “finding Red Steve in Minecraft!” Video was made. It’s been deleted now, but that’s when it came out, and when fms steve content was born :)

which uh.. also means the steve saga is turning 7 this year.

TSS!Time headcanons

He is. Very scarred. I assume he and elemental would fight a lot before they officially stopped working together, different world views and all that, and elemental’s a very violent person. I doubt Time would throw hands in return tho

Because of these scars, he probably wears his mask a lot. He’s not entirely self conscious of them, but generally prefers to hide his face. It makes him look more passive, anyway.

Because of wearing the mask so often, he’s sensitive to light. The sun makes him CRAZY you don’t UNDERSTAND. He also wears heavy clothing a lot, so skin to skin contact is a lot for baby. Sabre grabs his arm and he freaks.

Overall I see him as kind of a gruff guy. He’s friendly with sabre and rainbow but still remains quiet and kind of aloof. He usually comes off as emotionless and indifferent because of this.

He uh. Hates Elemental. Straight up. There’s no “ughhhh but he’s my brother,, I love him even if he’s a maniac,,” in TSS. He didn’t give a crap when elemental blew up. His biggest reaction was “huh that sucks” HE didn’t CARE I SWEAR. He probably didn’t like Elemental much at all (valid) and though might’ve enjoyed having a friend or a brother before, Time is kinda self-righteous and doesn’t think much of second chances. That guy traumatized and hurt him, he’s not going to feel bad. But, of course, bros hurting inside and his attitude about it just makes coping harder

Doesn’t care much for Galaxy either???? Like elemental was the one who was so passionate about their creator. But Time? “Uuuuhhhh ok. That guy. Yep. My dad. That guy. That guy my dad. He… fishes. And likes sandwiches. Super . Great.”

He’s got lung scarring thanks to having an anger issues brother with control over the elements. Try inhaling fire. Not good. Makes your lungs crispy. Breathing is an artful thing

Sabre is the ONLY one he is honest with. Like. At all. He hated Elemental, was FINE with Rainbow, doesn’t know what to think of Galaxy, but him and Sabre are bros.

I know people joke about rainbow being a kid because of how he acts but now I’m imagining a steve saga au where rainbow is legitimately a child. Like. He awoke unfinished in the SSO days as an 8 year old or something. Went to sleep. Met Sabre. Got super scared because creepy scientist???? Stranger danger???? Don’t trust adults you meet when you wake up from a 7 generation coma???? Sooo they fight. Then Sabre basically adopts him. Sabre and Lucas co-parent. They adopt Light too.

Little me watching tss on my iPod was PISSED that time didn’t bring back the rainbow town. Like, his brother was capable of destroying the universe and bro couldn’t turn back time a month? A month? Was that really too hard? The rainbow town was awesome in concept it was literally built to protect and house steves and time just did nothing. Bro

i wanted the rainbow town back and THIS MOTHERFUCKER decides that instead of using his powers he’s just gonna disappear forever . Prick. We couldve brought back sooo many people we couldve went back in time and stopped elemental from being a bitch. Can you imagine how much easier the fight against void would be if both time and elemental fought y’all. And instead Time just vanished. Selfish prick I hate him. Also it’s HIS FAULT that elemental turned to Void. BRO
