*REQUESTED* Hi. this week is my birthday and i was wondering if you can do an a imagine where it’s the readers birthday and Bucky, her newly wed husband tries to fix her breakfast in bed? But has a hard time since his bionic arm and that he doesn’t know how to cook. I love your blog by the way. Please and Thank you.

You and Bucky have been married for a month now.  Everyday, you would wake up next to him.  His arms wrapped around you, In his embrace.The warm feeling  that you get he he would tighten his grip on you not wanting to let you go. The sun would always beam down on the two of you as you two laid in bed.

Today was your birthday. When you woke up this morning, the room was filled with sunlight as usual but something was off.  Bucky wasn’t holding you in his embrace. In fact, Bucky wasn’t in bed. As you sat up, you could just hear objects being dropped on the floor outside of your room.

“Dammit.” You heard Bucky hiss, “What is he doing?” You whispered to yourself, getting out of bed and putting your robe on. You went out of your bedroom  and into the kitchen, where you find Bucky trying his best to cook and not burn down the house.

“Whoa, what happened in here?” You asked looking around the kitchen. There was pots and glass plates on the floor. Stuff was overflowing out of the pans. “Happy Birthday!” he said giving you a hug.  "Thanks. What were you trying to cook?” You asked. Cleaning up the kitchen.

“Wanted it to be a surprise.” He said, dusting the broken glass into the pan and dumping it into the trashcan.  “Today is your birthday and I wanted to make you breakfast in bed.I wanted to do something special for you. I thought if I went on that computer thing and looked up videos on how too cook. But the computer thing wouldn’t work so i thought i try to cook by the way you always cook and that didn’t work. Plus I keep breaking everything with my bionic arm.” He said looking defeated. You smiled gently,  washing your hands off. “That was sweet that you wanted to make me a birthday breakfast, Bucky.” You say, as you walked up to Bucky, taking his flesh hand into yours. He  pulled you close to him, wrapping both his arms around your waist. Kisses your forehead. “ I’m sorry, doll. I just wanted to make your birthday special for you.” said

“You already are. The fact that you went out of your way just to do this for me. That means a lot, Bucky” You say as you see a smile form on his face. “I love you (y/n).” Bucky said as he was staring into your eyes. “I love you too, Bucky.” You say, staring back. Bucky kisses you on the lips.

“Hows about I teach you how to make some pancakes?” You ask him, still in his embrace. “I would love that.” He said. "Good.” You  took the frying pan out and set it on the stove, you take out flour, eggs, milk, butter and oil, while Bucky watched you from the counter, liked he didn’t actually have to do anything other than watch you.

i’m so tired of people thinking they have the right to be involved in celebrities’ personal lives. like, you don’t. celebrities are real fucking people and they deserve privacy and anonymity and the right to live their lives as they see fit without us being on their dicks every second of every day. we’re not their friends. we’re not their family. just because their lives put them in the spotlight doesn’t mean that we get to know how they spend every second of every day. CELEBRITIES ARE REAL PEOPLE TOO.

Good Things that Happened in 2016

·         We’re closer to having successful vaccines for lung and brain cancer.

·         New chemotherapy breakthroughs have increased the 5-year survival for pancreatic cancer from 16% to 27% (and is getting better)

·         Scientists figured out how to link robotic limbs with the part of the brain that deals with intent to move so people don’t have to think about how they will move the limb, it can just happen.

·         Child mortality is down everywhere and it keeps going down.

·         Thanks to the ice bucket challenge the gene responsible for ALS has been found, meaning we are closer to an effective treatment. Let me rephrase that: we are close to getting a treatment for a very bad disease because a lot of people (including really hot celebrities) got wet.

·         A solar powered plan circumnavigated the world.

·         Michael Jordan donates 2mil to try and help bridge connection between police and the community.

·         Tiger numbers are growing.

·         And manatees.

·         And pandas.

·         Pakistan has made strides toward outlawing honor killings.

·         70,000 Muslim clerics declared a fatwa against ISIS.

·         Pokemon Go players went insane with placing lure modules near hospitals for sick kids.

·         California is now powering over 6 million homes with solar power, a record in the US (and that is the tightest shit)

·         Precision treatments for cancer are hitting clinical trials and WORKING (as someone who’s had relatives with cancer this is the best news)

·         We may have cured MS

·         Rise Women’s Legal Centre opened

·         Kubo and the Two Strings. Haven’t seen that yet as well but its Laika so I know it’s a masterpiece

·         Deadpool. The beautiful and super accurate R-rated marvel film

·         Captain America: Civil War. Seriously is the best marvel movie yet in my opinion I need more.

·         Zootopia. Oh don’t mind me I’m just a movie that tackled the issue of racism and not only game changed animated films but also made a billion dollars

·         The Hamilton Mixtape is coming out. Which is a bunch of artists singing songs from the musical (Sia, Usher, Regina Spketor, etc.) I’m excited.

·         A personal victory for myself, I joined Tumblr and met angels in blog form so…that’s uplifting.

·         And I met my favorite voice actor at a con which was a bucket list accomplishment.

Good things that have nothing to do with the year but will hopefully make you feel better
