Honestly, it's kinda disappointing that the reason I was pale and had cold hands was this, and not me turning into a vampire. :(

just found im iron deficient and vitamin d got nothing too iron deficiency anemia neurodivergent um ok and he took my blood just to tell me i need more OK PUT THE FUCKING BLOOD BACK IN MY BODY THEN also the vitamin d tablet i have to take is called one a week but FUNNY BC I HAVE SO LITTLE THAT I LITEHRALLY HAVE TO TAKE TWO A WEEK DEADDD
