I've made the first painting of the new soap opera comedy fanfic Dear, United Kingdom. This is Vasily Petrovich Goloborodko from Servant of the People, who is an official for a Ukrainian Embassy in London and the former President of Ukraine.

He lives in a house with his best friend Ed and their hot-tempered roommate Pete in London. His girlfriend Liz, an English teacher, lives with her two roommates, Dianne, an amatuer actress, and David, a lecturer.

Shaun worked at Foree Electric as a salesman and being disrespected by his colleagues, including Noel, whom Ed called "Noodles". He doesn't getting along with his stepfather Phillip which because he's replacing his late father since he marries to his mother Barbara when he was 12.

In the soap opera comedy fanfic Dear, United Kingdom, Shaun now has still his colleagues and his own four employees, Will McKenzie, Simon Cooper, Neil Sutherland and Jay Cartwright, the main characters from The Inbetweeners.

I made the thirty-eighth painting of Dear, United Kingdom. This is Derek Price, Norman's brown-haired cousin who came to live with him and his aunt Dilys after his parents sent him in the 6th season.

In the cartoon, Derek has brown hair and eyes, fair skin and light freckles. Unlike Norman, he doesn't wear a pair of glasses and also speaks a British accent.

In the fanfics, Derek's eyes are now bright olive green and has pale skin colour. He also wore a light purplish-grey woven sweater and a pair of grey pants and maroon shoes.

I made him a two shades of purplish-burgundy coloured background which is dark at the top and light at the bottom.

On 22nd June 2015, nearly three years before Vasily and Ignacy and their families and friends moved to the UK, he and his elder twin brother Nicholas died in Gloucestershire and Cornwall from a complication of severe asthma. Their deaths have leading both Danny and Rowan to succeed them as new Chief Inspectors of Sandford and Devon and Cornwall police services. The twins are also leaving everything they've had to their elder twin sisters, two younger siblings Roseanne Parsons and Ian Angel and their families.

Like his twin, he has very pale skin, light blond hair and a pair of icy blue eyes.

This one beautiful Ukrainian woman is named Olga Yuriyivna Mishchenko, Vasily's ex-wife and Dima's mother from Servant of the People.

In the upcoming soap opera comedy fanfic, Olga was first appearing but in her picture due to her demise in the automobile accident. She left everything she has to Vasily and the others, among of them are her things about the United Kingdom that have leading them to move there from their native Ukraine to settled in London.

In the fanfics, she had pale skin colour, shoulder length light dirty blonde hair, pale cerulean/turquoise-blue eyes and light pink lips. she also wore a white long sleeved blouse, beige pants and bright cerulean-blue summer flats and earrings.
