Scar was planting some flowers in Scarland. Of course he had to add a little splash of colour to the greenery. It was very comforting. Just digging holes and putting flowers in them.

He reached for another plant. It was a lilac. It smelled nice. He put it in the ground and covered the roots. He reached for another one and he accidentaly grabbed some poppies. Whe was going to put them away when Grian landed in front of him.

"Oh Hi Grian! What brings you here?" he asked holding the flowers tightly so they wouldn't fall.

"Hi Scar I just wanted to..." he stopped. His expression turned from a smile to worry when he looked at the flowers.

"Grian? Hello?"

"Oh. Sorry Scar I just remembered something. I'll be right back." he said after a long pause and flew away.

Scar shrugged and went back to gardening. But one thing botheted him. Why was the only question coming to his head "Can we still be friends?"

You can't have lilacs and poppies near Grian cause he will get traumatic flashbacks

He could make arrows from his own feathers. Yes that was a great idea! It was hard to find chickens here so pepole would have to buy feathers from them to make arrows. Just find a way to farm sticks and flint and they can make a monopoly on arrows. Maybe this time it'll work.

Scar did not like this idea. He was mad that Grian didn't tell him. What was he thinking honestly?! That was the worst idea in the world! It was nice having more arrows but Scar didn't like it when Grian got hurt.

Oh he was so angry when he found out. Why was he so angry? They had more arrows now. But when Grian looked at him it wasn't anger, not really. Scar was worried. Worried about him.

Scar told Grian to stop. To never do this again. He hopes it'll work. But sometimes he noticed some feathers are missing from Grians wings. He hopes it was some stupid zombie that tried to get to him but he couldn't lie to himself like this.

Grian thought that Scar would be mad at him. You know beacuse he killed him. But no. He was just... nervous.

The next few days Scar kept asking Grian if he's sure that when they lose their final life they go back to Hermitcraft. And Grian kept reassuring him that they will.

And Grian knew that there was something more than Scar beeing scared of dying. Beacuse Scar wasn't scared of dynig. He was scared that when he does he won't come back.

And Grian wanted to talk to him about it. It was clearly something more than Scar beeing Scar. But he didn't want to press on him. He will tell him when he's ready.

He woke up and the phatnom pain slowly faded. It was so wierd dying not from your own wounds. He looked around and saw Scar. He was pale and shaking.

"Scar?" he asked worried "Don't be sad I'm not angry"

But as Scar turned around slowly Grian knew it was something else.

"Scar? What happend? What's wrong?" he tried to ask but Scar wasn't reacting. "Scar listen to me! It's okay you're safe now" he tried to touch him on the shoulder but Scar pushed his hand away.

"Scar! You have to tell me what happend!" he didn't like shouting at him but he had to.

"It's like... like I was back there" started Scar with a shaky voice "Like they were... killing me... again"

"Back where? Scar I know it's hard but you have to tell me" Grian thought back to Evo. It was hard to open about it for him too. But when he did everything was easier. And he hoped it will also make it easier for Scar.

"If you open up you'll feel better I promise" he said

"I will?" asked Scar with tears in his eyes

"You will"

"Oh, I don't actually know where to start... It feels so long ago..."
