These interviews where people on the cast and crew are describing the new season as "fun" are scaring me. I don't want Stranger Things to be "fun". I want it to be spooky and dark, dammit! A big part of the show is the immersion and atmosphere.

I'm going to stop watching if the characters suddenly start acting like madcap flighty quirky meta-spouting idiots as they do in most of these so-called "dumb fun" shows.

Since interacting with the Stranger Things fanbase and the vitriol they spout at Dr. Brenner, I'm surprised that nobody crushes on villains anymore. Maybe I'm showing my age but I remember the days when people were stanning hard for Snape and Malfoy from Harry Potter, James from Pokemon, ect.

Why not an actual animated reboot?

I'm pretty much low on content unless I want to make edits in Gimp or make GIFs from Matthew Modine movies or whatever. There's just not a lot of Dr. Brenner related material out there to talk about anymore.

It will be more interesting in 6-8 months when the show comes back. Until then I'm just posting random shit I find.
