I didn't see this one and it's been a long time since I've done headcanon posts but ah, what the hell. Headcanon time!

Herbert P. Bear Headcanons

He's a total karen to waitstaff. If he finds fault with something while out eating he will make his opinion heard. Those poor minimum wage employees

I like to think he's ace/aro because honestly he's not super into affection in general, I can't quite see him finding romantic interest in anyone.

Despite his hatred of puffles, Herbert's favorite type are black puffles. They're quieter than most and generally not as bothersome.

He tried cart surfing once while trying to persue an escaping agent. As you can assume, that did not go well

He loves classical music as well as soft jazz. He finds them relaxing and thus quite enjoys the styles. He also sometimes listens to generic vacation music to make himself feel like he's somewhere tropical.

The cold wasn't the only reason Herbert left the arctic circle. He had a difficult upbringing, and often felt like an outcast in the north. He hoped to find a warm island with a small population that would accept him for who he is. Boy did that go well.

Ok this headcanon was made by @nahyerart but I love it and want to share it. Herbert went by Percival when he was younger, switching back to the name "Herbert" when he set out for a new home.

Klutzy occasionally convinces Herbert to play videogames with him. Herbert usually rage quits and then makes up a lame excuse like "my vision was obstructed by the lighting!" "Grr.. my controller was too small, that's all!"

He uses his tall height to taunt others, which is very annoying if you're a penguin. He's the type who would wave things just above your reach so you can't grab them. He's very egocentric, so he'll use the fact that he's taller than most to be as much of a jerk as he can about it.

If he's in a particularly sour mood and a penguin bothers him enough, he will pick them up and just throw them. Like football. Just yeets them across the way.
