Does Anyone Have Like A Default Obsession
does anyone have like a default obsession
like your mind switches through these current obsessions and once the hype kind of dies down, thereâs always this one fandom that it switches back to when thereâs nothing else new and itâs like always there without fail

My parents separated when I was 4 and my sister 2. My dad got to have us every two weeks for the weekends and half of the holidays. As soon as he got a serious girlfriend he stopped raising us, spent his entire weekend working and let his gf supervise us and decide what we would do on vacation etc. It didnât help that she didnât like us and had her own two kids a boy one year older than me and a daughter a year younger than me and favored them with her son being the Golden Child tm.
My mom left home at 7:30 am and got home by 9:30 pm at best but she never stopped to make an effort, she would asked about our days, she would make sure that my half brother (born 5 years after the divorce) had followed his treatment for his type 1 diabetes, and on the weekends she had with us she still continue to take care of us even if it was falling asleep watching Nemo for the 200th time.
Children can be tricked by the fun parent lame parent schtick but they can also see who puts in the effort and who doesnât.
Anyone ever think about how the classic âdad gets custody on weekendsâ arrangement that MRAs complain about is actually misogynistic? If one parent constantly gets you up in the mornings, often puts you in after school programs because she works, and only spends quality time with you when youâre both tired between work and bedtime, your relationship with that parent is gonna be strained. If one parent lets you sleep in and watch tv, never had to work and can spend all their time with you, youâre obviously going to prefer that parent. On top of that, it sets up a system where the mother has to do most of the actual âparentingâ such as taking kids to school, making sure they do homework, etc, while the dad mostly just hangs out with the kids. The dad doesnât have to worry about the kids when heâs working, because in a way he functionally still has a wife to do that for him. I knew kids on this schedule whose dads didnât make them do homework, didnât enforce bedtime, basically any of the hard parts of parenting. Even in the best case scenario, the mom is still going to be seen as the âmean parentâ by the child, despite working 5 times as hard as the dad and having much more of a strain on her career and personal life than the dad.
Its really just the classic misogynistic "cool fun dad vs. frigid nagging mom" but for divorced parents and I hate it
That MK is not going to have a good time next season.
Look at the parallel I noticed!

Guys.
LMK Season 4 shots in the dark
Ok so Iâm not trying to theorize or anything like that, I donât think we got enough info for that anyway.
But well I have been thinking about that ominous scroll and with my limited knowledge of Journey to The West (so basically OSP videos, the Saiyuki anime and the first 5 books) thereâs 3 options I imagine the scroll to be :
-One of the sacred scroll they went to get in their journey.
-the scroll with the circlet activation spell (would make for great angst material).
-One of the register of the dead that SWK âeditedâ to give himself and some of this monkey friends immortality. The one with his name on it to be precise.
Just imagine if thatâs the case and that both his and Macaqueâs names are on it and it got stolen. Suddenly the Monkey King is mortal again and so is his greatest rival.
It would also make a great excuse for flash back to their relationship before JTTW.
Manâs yeah I know that SWK is like 7 time immortal but the thing is in the book when they dragged him to hell he was already immortal. So clearly if your nameâs on the register immortality doesnât mean jack.
It would also suit LBD parting words. Of course MK would fight this because itâs his mentor. But the destiny of every mortal things is to die and while no one except the Mayor wanted of LBD vision of destiny this time a lot of people would be on board to finally get rid of SWK et Macaque. Especially in the Jade palace. Howâs that for pain?!
Sorry for rambling I swear itâs not meant to be taken seriously.
And on top of that some of this attacks name does have a link to math, some are just Buddhism references but the attacks about the Pound Ho in their names actually have some math to imply how destructive their actually are. I suggest you go check the One Piece wiki page on the three sword style if you want to learn more.

i was rewatching enies lobby, and theres a scene where luffy asks zoro a math question, and granted, itâs an easy multiplication, but i had a thought. what ifâŚwhat if zoro is just really good at math for no reason?
So I just got out of the theater and well I was at least 80% right. Iâm not posting anything else about it until the 17th at least.
Predictions for One Piece Red (okay itâs mostly Uta):
Uta is definitely an antagonist. Not necessarily the villain but definitely an antagonist.
She has some kind manipulation or hypnosis like ability through her songs.
DADDY ISSUES.
Thereâs a shitty manager / person of influence in her entourage. My money is on Kalifa.
Big Momâs crew plays into her backstory.
She hates or at least strongly disapprove of pirates (see Daddy issues).
The weird shiny rainbow rocks we see in the background are either just the distinctive trait of that Island or they also play a huge part in the story.
The kids are here to represent the innocent earnest but broke fans compared to the ones that are willing to throw a lot of money at merchandise.
I kinda expect itâs going to go like that one episode in mlp : The mane attraction where AJ reunites with her friends turned popstar whoâs being gaslighted by her manager. Except with more punching and trauma.
No one is going to mention that Brook is also a famous musician with a huge career.
