"this? not at all. this mild," he teased with a toothy grin as he lifted himself up onto his elbows to meet anders halfway as they kissed again. "i feel like you can get hotter."

"Maybe? Both? Do you want to go somewhere?" Anders had done it because it felt right, to pull Elgin closer. The vampire had said he wanted to know how long he might be able to last pressed against him and in the heat. He wanted to stay there holding Elgin and kissing him till he was dizzy from lack of air. Each kiss a blossom of heat meeting those delightfully icy lips.

Anders start to walk as he kissed Elgin holding him tight as he moved from this living room into the bedroom, this a bit more personal than the other room, there was at least the homey warmth of Anders' things on the floor and messy bed. Laying Elgin down he looked over the vampire with a smile, bare torso radiating that natural draconic heat the other was so interested in. "Too hot for you Elgin?" he asked softly leaning down stealing another kiss.

moving through the crowd one of the first things he noticed was truly how different this bar was to the one's back home. there was no second story for VIP guests only, there were hardly any security guards lingering against the walls. pantheon was smaller; much smaller-- but he didn't mind it. in fact, it made the bar feel more congested which would only play into their favor as they snuck off to a secluded booth in the corner.

sliding into the seat with a cocky, toothy, grin, fist tight around the neck of the stolen bottle, he looked over at the other and lifted his bottle in a faux cheer before popping the cap off and drinking from it straight. "from what i've heard people have reason to be anxious. something about a crack and some masked men," he poorly explained with a dismissive wave of his left hand, "though, back in my day, that was hardly something to be worried about. that was a typical tuesday night." he teased. "careful, gorgeous, keep calling me pretty and might forget how to act." huffing out a sigh, he reclined against the booth, his arms stretched out over the top of the seat, and relaxed. "i definitely intend to drink but not because i'm trying to drown anything, i just like to end my days with something stiff." he smirked. "if i'm being honest? i'm always up to having fun but it's been a bit of time since i've outright caused any trouble. i moreso clean it up. what about you?" elgin glanced over, bottle pressed back to his lips again. "what's your deal?"

The vampire smiled as the other man took one of the stolen bottles for himself. Kai bounced up to his feet, hopping off the barstool and nodding his head in excitement. Oh, now he was going to have some fun tonight, it seemed. "Lead the way, bad boy," he teased as he held the other bottle in his hands. As they made their way past the various groups of patrons at the bar, he spotted a more secluded corner booth, still unoccupied and out of view from the ignorant bartender.

Sliding into one the booth without a second thought, Kai glanced back at the other man with a silly grin on his lips. "Well, lucky for you, I didn't grow up in this idyllic little town. If you asked me, this town could use some shaking up anyways. Everyone's so uptight and anxious these days; it's like everyone forgot how to have fun," he said with a heavy sigh, as if he were actually bothered by the situation. "So, pretty face, what's your deal? You looking to cause trouble? Have some fun? Or just drink the night away and forget about all your troubels?"

five am. another eight hour shift over. if he were a responsible adult he would have headed straight home and caught up on some sleep before he had the next two days off. that was his intention, as well as taking his dog pope for a walk, but the fresh energy drink he was clutching in his right hand that he'd just cracked open was definitely going to bite him in the ass when he got home. then again, when was being responsible ever fun.

tucking a cigarette behind his ear, he silently nodded and gestured to the stations overnight security guard as he made his way out the back. the town was still asleep, for the most part, and iain loved it. despite everything that's been happening, it almost felt peaceful at this hour.

"fuck," he cursed, loudly, as he almost walked directly into someone in his absentmindedness. "where the hell did you come from dude?" he questioned, tone still a bit sharp from the sudden spike in adrenaline. "what are you even doing out at this--" there was no end to that question. instead, iain let out a disspointed groan as the realization hit; in the sudden panic of almost walking into someone-- and just seeing someone else out at this hour in general-- the energy drink had fallen from his grip and spilled onto the sidewalk. "oh come on, you have to be kidding me. i needed that." no. he didn't.
