Weird but funny coincidence

If I had a dollar for every time that I've watched a Taiwanese BL series featuring a gang, where the secondary couple has someone who picks up his partner and throws him over his shoulder and 'kidnaps' him from where he was standing beside his friend and puts him down on/in a mode of transport - I would have 2 dollars.

Which isn't a lot, it's just weird that it happened twice.
