Okay let me rant real fuckin quick.

WHY THE FUCK DOES EVERYONE HATE HIM???
he was literally so relatable for me and alot of others who were autistic!! If you look at the way he moves with his head always tilted to the side, never looking directly at people for too long, slouching and messing with his hands, having hard time talking, he has so many neurodivergent details of his character, plus can we acknowledge how majority of the time coraline was unnecessarily rude to him? Sure they do make up by the ending but regardless I think people picked on him way too much in the movie and basically dismissed him just cause he wasn't the main protagonist and he seemed "annoying" to those around him.

Its been 2 weeks and this is all I can think about. Like, wybie does something dumb and puts himself in danger (probably almost falls down the well... again) and coraline's pissed off cause "YOU COULD HAVE DIED, WYBIE!"
Hes stammering out "its okay, coraline!" And she grabs the collar of his jacket and is like "NO IT IS NOT OKAY! THINK, WYBIE! THINK"
And it has a fluffy ending or something. Idk, Coraline starts tearing up cause she almost lost him like she lost the other wybie. He notices so he hugs her and assures her that hes okay and "you're not getting rid of me that easily, jonesy"

Me: coraline is a demi girl and shes bi and wybie is nonbinary and bi and they're dating
But at the same time, the "and theyre dating" is conflicting me because I also want to say "they dated once but it didnt work out but they're best friends that cuddle each other"
