Writing challenge Day 9: write about happiness

I think happiness is the feeling when you don't have to care or worry about anything. When everythings alright and you have everything you want. It's the feeling when everything is just enough. For me, it's the hardest feeling to achieve. Pure happiness isn't a very common feeling. Sure, you're happy when you ,for example, get something you really wanted. But that's not everlasting, true happiness. Happiness is the most wanted feeling of all.

Writing challenge Day 10: Your best friend

To be honest, I have two people I'd consider as my best friend. I'll call them J and M for privacy. They're both about my age. I've known M for three years and J for one. M is the person that I talk with a lot and meet up with a lot. We both crochet together and we both have a very dirty mind so... 😅. We help each other often. J is the person which who I can talk about Genshin Impact and Anime and stuff like that. We often talk and laugh together. She also has a dirty mind but not as bad as M. So yeah... They're both my besties🤭

Writing challenge Day 11: write about your siblings

Okay so, I have two sisters, one is younger than me, I'll call her M, and one is older than me, I'll call her R. They both look a lot like me. I don't see R very often, only around Christmas, Eastern, sometimes Halloween and on her birthday, because she lives kinda far away. She's pretty nice and a little bit clueless sometimes. We always used to play together and watch videos on her computer. She'd also let me write my first stories on it. M on the other hand may look like my twin (except for the eye colour) but we're completely different. She cares a lot about how she looks and stuff while I always look like a sack of potatoes. She also loves math and sport which I hate, while she on the other hand hates history and languages, which I love. People always confuse us, even my friends. I still help her and I am still nice to her though. We all get along very well.

Writing challenge Day 12: favourite TV series

I don't watch much TV but my favourite would be Percy Jackson I guess. I really enjoyed the books and decided to give the series a try. They're pretty good to be honest. I've seen much worse adaptations of books. I still prefer the books though 😅

Writing challenge Day 13: favourite book

If you would ask me what my favourite book is, I'd probably be silent for about an hour to think about it. Then when I'm done I'd still have no answer. I've just read way too many books to pick a favourite one. So yeah, sry this is short, but there isn't an answer for this question. What about you, my fellow reader?

Writing challenge Day 14: describe your style

My style is honestly pretty simple. I usually just wear a hoodie or pullover and sweatpants. In summer I wear T-shirts and long pants. I never wear shorts, because of a medical problem. I really like the goth and steampunk style tho.

Writing challenge Day 15: If you could run away, where would you go?

Somewhere near my home probably because I'm a lazy person. In the forest maybe. I know some places probably nobody has ever seen. I'd go to the store at night, steal stuff and go back. I'd take the stuff I need (A sleeping bag for example, money maybe, food, water and books) I'd definitely make sure that people won't realise that I ran away that quickly tho. That way I'd have more time to pick out some places. And yes, Plural. It's better to have multiple places in case people find your current one. But I wouldn't survive long anyways. I'd probably rather die than go back. I'm very stubborn.

Writing challenge Day 16: someone I miss

*Her*. I miss her. I miss my ex gf. We parted because of her parents. It's for the best they said. You'll find another person they said. No. I'll never find someone like her. Because the day I'll date someone else, the thought of her will always linger in the back of my mind. She was my other half, the one who completed me. Without her, my heart is just a shattered, looked away dream. I don't know what the future brings for me. If I think more than I realise that she...was my only reason to live. My only reason to keep going. My only reason to...She made me feel, for the first time in my life. She made me feel, what people called love. I like to call it freedom. I haven't seen her in a while...I think I'm dieing. I'm tired without her. So endlessly tired. I miss her.

Writing challenge Day 17: Ways to win my heart

There is really just one thing I really like: being respectful. Be it others opinions, sexualities, gender and so on. If you're respectful then you already have a good chance to be my friend. Then, if you're there for me, listen to me and maybe know some Animes and books- 😘 Perfect.

Writing challenge Day 18: Thirty facts about myself

I'm a grammar freak. It triggers me when something's written wrong, be it a missing apostrophe or a mistake in general.

I love poetic writing. No not poems. Writing that feels like poems.

I'm very forgetful, like I forget everything. That's why my whole room is covered with notes.

I always watch/read multiple things at the same time and sometimes get some stuff confused.

I have a bad feeling of what time it is, so it makes me nervous not knowing the time.

I can get annoyed very easily, but I often don't show it.

I can have very bad mood swings. Like one moment I'm annoyed and the other moment I'm the sweetest person you've ever met.

I'm a respectful person. You have a different opinion? Cool, I respect it.

If I show my serious side with you, it means I fully trust you.

When I text you that I'm fine, then I'm definitely not. I'm crying.

I joke about serious stuff sometimes.

I'm always tired, no matter how much I slept.

I get headaches and nosebleeds very often, so be prepared for that.

I can't do sport because of a medical condition, but I will go in walks with you.

I'm not religious,but I love churches and graveyards because of their atmosphere and if I take you there then it means you're either one of my best friends or I have a crush on you.

I have books everywhere in my room. On my desk, my nightstand, my wardrobe, my shelves and so on.

I always wear long pants, no matter the temperature.

I care very much about my little sister.

Don't have money? No worries I'll give you some and you don't have to pay me back.

I hate long driving, because it makes me dizzy.

I tend to roast people I don't like at the most random times.

I love languages and I'll randomly talk another language in a conversation because I can.

I'll send you my writing whenever I can. It's kinda a way to show that I care about you.

I always carry paper and a pen with me to write down things. Yet, I always ask for a piece of paper at school.

I love matching pfp.

If you tell me about a game/movie/series/anime/game/etc. that I don't know, I'll try to found out about it as much as I can so I can talk to you about it.

Writing challenge Day 19: My first love

My first love was in like, primary school I think. It was with a boy, let's name him L. I barely even knew him, we just sat together sometimes. One day, he just randomly confessed that he loved me. I was probably like: "Er okay...Cool...Me too?". I was so confused ngl😭 We stayed together like this until I think, 5th grade? My first kiss with him was under a fucking table💀 I broke up with him tho, because I realised woman are prettier. He was fine with it. I think he's gay honestly, because he always has that thing with a guy (let's call him B) going on. I still have a picture, where L sat on B's lap and B was fucking choking him. L was moaning like-. But yeah, that's basically it.

Writing challenge Day 20: My celebrity crush

Honestly: I don't have one. I have celebrities that I like, for example Tom Holland, Emma Watson and Jenna Ortega, but not as a crush. So yeah, this is it.

Firsts

Day 1: First kiss 

Sam x reader

Summary: Sam and the reader have been dating for a month. But how does their first kiss go? Will it go well, or could it end in chaos? 

a/n: Start of my 30 day challenge! Though lets be real this will take longer than 30 days XD Hope you enjoy, I really enjoyed writing this, just wish I was able to write longer stories, and hopefully one day I’ll build the courage to write a series.

You and Sam had been dating a little over a month. You were taking things slow. You did a weekly date night when you were both free, going out for coffee, walks and movies. It was nice, and it was slow. Just like the two of you wanted. It had taken to the second week of dating for you to build enough courage to slide your hand into his. You remember the feeling, his hand was warm, and calloused, but soft and gentle at the same time. He was gentle, he didn’t clench tight around your hand, but he didn’t leave it limp. It felt awkward and first, and Sam looked like a tomato as your hand touched his, but he smiled slightly. His facial expression communicating how much he loves you, his eyes sparkling with happiness, showing the unspoken words between the two of you.

Currently, the two of you were sat on your sofa, a plush grey coloured thing that had seen better days, but you covered it with a crochet blanket, and it looked like it was new again. Though Sam didn’t care, all that he cared about was being near you, even if you were sat on the other end of the couch, a gap between the two of you.

You’re not sure what movie Sam had put on for this week’s date night. To be honest you weren’t paying attention, instead you were watching your boyfriend. The way he laughs, his lips stretching across his face, white teeth parted as a guttural laugh escaped from his chest, his eyes squinting and crinkling up. The way he bit his soft red lip when the movie amped up, and he waited on the edge of the seat, eyes fixated on the screen.

You took a deep breath, shuffling closer towards him, closing the space. Sam looked at you out the corner of his eye, a small smile gracing his lips. They entranced you, and you found yourself wondering what it would feel like to kiss him. Closing the space, you rested your head on Sam’s shoulder. You were stiff at first, and he froze when he felt your head lower down, resting against him. The most contact you two had, had since first dating.

“Relax y/n” He whispered, moving his head, and placing it on top of yours. You breathed out a sigh of relief, body easing, moulding into him. He was warm, comfortable and you knew you could spend your entire life curled up into the side of the gentle giant. The movie was ending, the credits started to roll, and you snuggled closer into his shoulder, nose in his neck breathing in his scent. He smelt of pine trees, with hints of amber and lavender. He smelt like home. He chuckled, dipping his head slightly and pecking your head. His lips were even softer than you imagined, and you felt the heat rise to your cheeks, embarrassment flooding you, so you tucked your head further into him.

“I’m sorry y/n. I should have asked first” He mumbled in shame, scared that you didn’t like it.

“I liked it” You breathed against his skin, causing a big smile to erupt across his face.

“What was that?” He smirked, having heard you clearly the first time, but wanting to see your face while you said it. You shuffled closer into his neck, breath fanning against his skin again, as you were about to repeat yourself. But his soft hand reached under your chin, lifting your head up, you closed your eyes, face and ears hot with embarrassment. “Open those pretty eyes y/n” He whispered gently.

You opened your eyes looking at him, his eyes twinkling with mischief. “So, what was that?” He continued, smirking a little.

“I liked it” You turned your head away, but he turned it back to look at him. You could see the happy smile spread across his face, his eyes showing all his adoration, his cheeks rosy. Your eyes flicked between his eyes and lips. God, you wanted to know what his lips would feel like on yours, and subconsciously, you poked your tongue out and licked your lips. Sam noticed straight away; you weren’t making anything subtle.

He moved his hand slowly, calculated. Making sure not to startle you, to not scare you away. Hand gently placed on the back of your neck, leaning in. You snapped out of your trance, when you felt his breath on your lips, your heart rate speeding up. Nodding at Sam, giving him permission, you closed your eyes. It felt like years before his lips touched yours.

They were plump. They were delicious, and you wanted more. But he pulled away.

“Are you sure your ok with this” He purred. You nodded, not trusting your voice, eyes fluttering slightly before you initiated the kiss this time, leaning in, placing a hand against his chest to steady yourself. You could feel the beating of his heart, it was fast and energetic, just like yours.

This time as your lips met you pressed a little harder, the gentle kiss was amazing, but you much preferred it this way. Feeling the pressure, as he pressed his lips back into yours. Your lips danced together, like they were made to be. You didn’t have to think about anything, in fact you didn’t think about anything. Your mind was surrounded by Sam, his smell, his touch, his taste.

He slipped his tongue out, tenderly pressing against your lips. You parted them slowly and he hesitantly entered your mouth, tongue exploring, until it met yours. Your tongues danced together, just like your lips did, fighting for dominance, and it wasn’t long until Sam won.

Though all good things must come to an end, and the two of you pulled apart, saliva connecting the two of you, your hand still resting on his chest, which was rising and falling rapidly as the two of you panted, gasping for air. His hand moved from the back of your neck, to play with a strand of your hair. You looked up at him, through your lashes. A beaming smile spreading across your face, Sam’s face like a mirror reflecting your expression.

You shifted around to your knees, putting more weight on his chest, leaning in quickly and pecking his lips. It was quick, lips ghosting against each other barely touching, and you just giggled at the pure happiness that was spread across Sam’s face.

“I’m guessing you liked that” Sam murmured. You smiled brightly, before snuggling back into his side, as he selected another movie. Sometimes the best date nights, were the ones that were spent inside.

thinking about making a december masterlist but i need ideas. dm/comment some festive type prompt ideas or characters and ill try to squeeze them in.

I am very good at: editing written work.

I tag: everyone who sees this, does any kind of writing, and is up for being proud of things in public.

Censorship will not solve a single problem. Putting ban and restrictions on AO3 will drive creators away. You won’t be making your platform look appealing to outsiders. You’re destroying your own platform by driving the majority of your creators away.

The exact same thing happened to fanfiction.net and Tumblr. So many people quit. AO3 is one of the very few platforms creators have.

Censorship does not solve any problem. It does harm to creators.
