this is my babygirl, i love her with my entire heart and soul and she seems to like me as well (probably because i let her use me as a chew toy).

her name is rowena(named after supernatural) and she is a young african wood owl (strix woodfordii) who is blind in one eye, thus making her unreleasable.

she is full of so much love and zero survival instincts.

I work with owls so as soon as I saw that monster Raz was a wood owl/caracal mix I HAD to draw him as soon as I saw him. I’ve tweaked a few things from the original design, but I love both, honestly. It was only meant to be a few sketches but I rendered one cuz I couldn’t stop myself.

A monster au for psychonauts would be really cool, so maybe I’ll do more art of the different characters.
