I HC that roshambo’s a winged snake ( no arms ). He’s a slippery fella, who’s partially humanoid by his upper body, but the rest is simply inhumane ; by that i mean uncanny, he can’t act human, somehow
He has no arms, wearing a coat? I think, to hide the fact that — yes! He does not have arms! Closest things he can get to hands are his hair, because yes, magic hair, can form hand critters. Theyve got a mind of its own mostly, always latching on things.
Besides that, the only reason his hair is long is that he doesn’t cut it. Why? Because once he cuts, that tuft of hair will form a hand of its own, depending on its size; if shambo ever decided to shave his head bald — then in turn, he gets a hairy clone of himself. Probably!
