Imagine that Wade, being the 4th wall destroyer that he is, suggests Logan to replace the Adamantium in his bones for Vibranium.

The Vibranium wouldn't constantly poison him, is significantly lighter, will absorbe the damage of impacts during fight and many other properties. Sure, it lacks resistance, but if Logan is not being constantly poisoned, his self recovery powers are much more powerful and quick (canon).

Logan discovers a way to get the Adamantium away from his bones (Maybe Magneto can take it off, it happened once in the comics) and he feels much better without it. After his bones have no more Adamantium in them, he travels with Wade to Wakanda and offers them the Adamantium in exchange of putting Vibranium in his bones. After careful consideration, both parties agree.

Logan is quite stressed due to having to endure another surgery like that, but now he feels better, he knows he's not being used as a weapon, and he wants to improve himself and stop the constant pain in his body. Also, he has Wade by his side, and is in a much safer environment.

And boom! You have a much happier Logan after the surgery, that wakes up feeling little to no pain in his bones, is quicker than ever, and has this cool, shiny black Vibranium claws. And of course, has Wade next to him when he wakes up.

ADRESSING THE PAPI ISSUE IN DEADPOOL

Guys, I'm an Spaniard with many latinoamerican relatives and so on... "PAPI" IS NOT INHERENTLY SEXUAL IN SPANISH. Deadpool only calls Logan "Papi" in the Latin dub, and they use 'papi' in many places of Latin America as a way to say "bro", "pal", "buddy".
