Tommy lost his gliders privilege when they realized he was going into Harpy territory actively. That obviously terrifies both Wilbur and Techno since some harpies will even go out of their way to kill humans, so most don’t dare enter their territory. So it be a while until Tommy will be able to see Phil again.
