now that im thinking about it this might be common knowledge but goddamn if chat noir was in the s5 finale fight it would of probably ended up so much more devastating..like more specifically gabriel just freaking manipulating the crap out of adrichat like he does in every other episode where adrinette dated but it didn't end up well

uh well now thinking about it s5 basically was just a longer version of those episodes where they had to reset time just .. with a happier ending? since chat noir wasn't there? honestly kinda sad he genuinely needs to be treated better or else i will have to do smth about it

i feel like somehow this gives s6 more opportunity to explore adrichat as a character and for him to finally have closure and happiness (i hope) because this ending was super off putting in my opinion like yeah we might of gotten cool stuff (?) somewhere in there but overall there was so many plot holes

its just kinda upsetting to see so many gabriel defenders rise up after this episode thinking he was a good guy like nope sorry he literally was like that most likely because adrichat wasn't there he was never a good person and was just selfish the whole time and used adrien as a shield to make himself seem good..

was talking to my bf earlier like "idk i just really like petplay bc i like turning my brain off and just being given affection and being doggy even in a nonsexual way it's really nice." and he said something like "do you think it's because you've never been allowed to just stop thinking and receive affection without immediately being expected to give something back". and. i. man
