I would like to think that Older(40 to 50 year old) Usopp would help Older(40 to 50 old) Sanji take care of his long hair.
Since the older Sanji gets his hair grows longer. when he's 40 to 50 it's quite long and lovely! Dare Usopp would say. I'd like to think that since Usopp's grown his hair out since after the post-time Skip that he helps Sanji take care of his hair. Examples Like Braiding it, helping Sanji wash his hair, going shopping for hair products to help Sanji maintain his hair care etc!
I dunno it's just such a cute thought to MEE NEHEHEHEHE!! 〈(•ˇ‿ˇ•)~

Sanji and Usopp walk from doing some shopping at a random market, then they look to see this sign and Sanji just turns his head to look at Usopp with a devious grin plastered on his stupid pretty face and he's like.
Sanji: "You're God Usopp right?"
Usopp: "Well, but of Course!! I the great God Usopp you standing in his godly presence wait- why do you ask?"
Usopp looking back up and the sign then looking at Sanji, who has a silly idea as he looks at Usopp doeingly.
Sanji: "Well my Sweet God. The sign clearly says you must be kept on a leash. We'd be breaking the law if you didn't have one."
Usopp: "Sanji we're literally pirates we break the law ALL THE TIME"
As Sanji and Usopp walk back to the Sunny the crew sees Sanji holding a leash and Usopp on the other side of the leash around his neck, Nami is absolutely flabbergasted, Zoro is judging so hard like 😒🤨

Sanji (50 y/o) Sniffs the bottles*
"I'll take the raspberry sorbet Sopp."
Usopp (50 y/o): "Good choice, it helps keep hair silky, ooh and it's 40% off. nice pick Sanji."
Plants a small kiss on Sanji's hand*

~~~~~The Night routine of 50 y/o Sanuso~~~~~
The sun is setting. Turning the blue skies into dark skies, Glistening full of twinkling stars, As the ocean breeze passes across the peacefully sailing Sunny. A handsome 50 y/o Usopp and Sanji are getting ready for bed in the bathroom.
Sanji is carefully placing his hair curlers in his long blonde hair. individually wrapping each loc of long blonde hair. The blonde turns to his Long nosed Lover.
Sanji:"Hey, mon cheri."
Usopp : "Yes, Hun?"
Usopp undoes his Ponytail letting his thick, curly, black hair spill down his back and Shoulders. Then He cups all of the large amount of hair he has (which is a ton and hard to grab all at once but he's a pro at it) into his sunflower yellow silk velvet bonnet, that has sunflower patterns embedded into the bonnet.
Sanji:"Do my Curlers look right?"
Usopp:"you're curlers, oh lemme check, hmmm.... yeah! they look right hun."
Sanji:"Oh thank God, these damn things can be suchhh a pain in the ass."
He woes dramatically, Sanji finally finishes putting all his Curlers into his hair. After that he ties his long beard hair into a braid for easier sleep.
Usopp:"Did you use the new face moisturizer I bought for you Sugar?"
Sanji:"This one, The citrus one?"
Usopp:"Yeah the citrus moisturizer."
Sanji:"Yeah it's lovely it smells sooo Good! thank you magnifique tireur d'élite you're too kind-"
Usopp:"Yes,Yes I know I'm a lovely man~ there's no time to go on, and on about it. I want to go to bed."
Sanji:"Alright, Alright I'll just wait 'till we go to bed."
Usopp and Sanji finally finish getting ready for bed after doing their skin routine, then brushing teeth (of course), The two embrace and share a loving kiss then go to bed in their Hammock, Sanji cuddles up to Usopp, Usopp embraces him back.

I love thinking about Sanuso especially their first kiss, Usopp kissing Sanji first. It was in a random spurt of the moment, it just felt so right to do, And Sanji was just astonished. He thought he'd be the one to kiss Usopp first especially since he's known as the romantic, but nope! Usopp kisses Sanji first. Sanji had been waiting months to kiss Usopp being patient giving Usopp his time and letting him go his pace, He'd been fantasizing how'd it go he make sure it was soooo romantic, But Usopp stole Sanji's first kiss. Sanji would most definitely go in for another kiss after Usopp kisses him.

--------MY REASONINGS-------
I imagine the reason Usopp and Sanji are even singing/having this conversation is because Sanji's going through a horrible depressive episode with his self-esteem. Usopp has been dealing with self-esteem issues for YEARS, so this isn't his first rodeo, And I'm totally not saying Sanji hasn't dealt with self-esteem issues before it's just he doesn't deal with it as frequently as Usopp has/does. So Usopp understands that Sanji may not believe Usopp if he just tells Sanji he has nothing to feel self conscious about what he's needed and important SOOO instead this is where the song comes in!!
It's basically just Usopp telling Sanji it's understandable and valid to feel like that and he's not alone. That people have a right to feel emotional.
HOPEFULLY THIS MAKES SENSE (；^ω^）
Hand holding, Sanji and Usopp hold hands all the time. It is so frequent it's just become subconscious for them both. Usopp and Sanji could be going shopping together, and without even thinking their hands are intertwined with one another.
Hugging is just as frequent as well, Sanji is constantly receiving hugs behind, from Usopp while he's cooking. Sanji cuddles Usopp as he works on his inventions, Being very still to not make Usopp mess up on anything, while whispering loving sweet words to his beautiful partner. ^w^
