tua s4 infact did NOT give justice to the characters or the viewers. this is the perfect example of how NOT to end a show. i wish the subway timeline was real so i could travel to a different timeline where tua s4 did not exist

Like I get it, they didn't get a happy ending but everyone else did. I know I'm probably supposed to feel sad, to feel broke. But I don't.
If anything, I'm disappointed in the ending. They just stand there and get covered by that goop, and that's it.
I do believe that if the whole Five and Lila thing hadn't happened I would probably feel more. It just distracted me from the plot too much to really pay attention.
I love Five so much and I assure you if that hadn't happened I would be bawling my eyes out for him. But I'm not.
I'm disappointed in the ending and I feel let down. I wish it was different.

Ya know what, the only good thing I can take away from season 4 is that five finally wore something other than a suit. That blue sweater looked so good on him. Shame I didn't watch much because of the scene itself xD

Yes we’ve all said how The Umbrella Academy show runners listened to the fans and made changes in the storylines but I want to point out that this is THE FIRST AND ONLY show where fans said “this character is gay” and the next season they made the character gay! I challenge you to name another show like that. Everything else on tv is either queerbating or not acknowledging the fans at all and tua just went “yeah, you’re right” and changed it. What legends!
I’m still not over the fact that they gave us Klaus’ canon power of levitation, but altered it so that it was entirely contingent upon a ghost (Ben) holding him. They really are the best comedic duo.
