Salt Water Taffy Vacation Homes (Replica Challenge #3)
I’ve been enjoying seeing all the homes that simmers have built for @redhotchilisimblr‘s replica build challenge and I actually had a little time this week to try it myself.
It’s a work in progress but will be available for download soon.
There are four vacation homes, each named after a salt water taffy flavor: strawberry, key lime, banana, and blue raspberry.
All the homes are decorated identically and have a main floor with a living room, bathroom, kitchen, and mini office and a second floor loft with a bedroom and lounge area.
The roof varies from the reference photo because I really wanted an upstairs loft.
Was well under budget until I decided to add a resort area with a pool, hot tub, outdoor movie lounge, massage tent, entertainment stage, bar/snack bar, beach area, recreation room and gym. What can I say… I’m a maximalist!

The JM MCM is perfect for a family looking for a little luxury without totally breaking the bank.
