Am I the only one that will take a wholesome animated film and make it dark, disturbing, and heavy with an AU? I can’t be the only one.
I have one for Trolls World Tour called Trolls Origins. Trollex is the son of a racist king who tries to commit mass genocide, he goes after the kingdoms one by one, even completely eliminating the disco trolls and (almost) the jazz trolls. Until the king was murdered. Now in the present, Barb’s ship crashes before she can get to the techno trolls. Trollex ends up saving her from drowning and the adventures that ensue are mostly challenging and threatening for the mental for each character. Jeez there’s a lot.

I did a redesign for my broppy child Lily and I give her sisters now their names are Barbie, Maddie and Lizzy
Barbie is Poopys second child but Barb and Vals first child (making her the future rock queen) (yes she has 3 mums I think trolls can have more than 2 parents) she the leader for all of her sister they always follow she lead which is funny because she doesn’t know what she is doing half of the time lol. She very well meaning tho.
She butts head with Lily quite allot, they argue all the time ( to be fair Lily doesn’t get along with any of her sisters because she think their all annoying)
Maddies the youngest of all she sisters barbs third child and vals second one, shes very sweet but quite creep, she watches her mums and sisters sleep quite often and admits too it
Lizzy is the chill one of the group and always tell ever to relax

You know what I’m just gonna say it. YALL HATE THIS SHIP FOR NO REASON!!!! He said they don’t even know if they decided, if you watch the movie not once does she call Riff her brother or Cousin. Also if that’s her family member he wouldn’t be doing it for college credit. Yall are acting like Barb is a 30 year old- OH WAIT!! Everyone lovessss the ship where the actual 30 year old is dating him, If you let Floyd x Riff pass then hate Barb x Riff , I’m just gonna assume you’re a weirdo. Barb is at least somewhat poppy’s age but even then girl acts pretty young, her Charchter is even inspired off a teen. So for her and riff to be together ISN’T INSANE!! , Barb is definitely closer in age to Riff than Floyd, and before someone brings up Barbs dad , he also doesn’t have a confirmed age , even then he could have had Barb old. Yes I do agree they both give gay vibes but also there are rock girls in the scene who have Mohawks that aren’t lesbians , the whole point of punk rock culture is to break societal norms, which means woman with short hair and shaven heads, also metal heads also put hankies in their pockets , not cause of hankie code. The ship is actually so cute and I wish it got more appreciation because Riff is the only one who decided to tell Barb the truth instead of trying to lie to her and that’s all she wanted was someone to be honest with her, and she didn’t even have to ASK that of him , he just did it!

In your trolls hypnosis au, do the Troll Tribes know about each other and the strings?
Oh yeah the troll tribes know about each other, and when it comes to the strings they're actually tied to the person who's going to be the next up and coming ruler of the troll tribe
For example I already have a troll written down her powers for this kind of thing Barb
Her power is allow her to transform people into Rock zombies at will however this is because her power is tied directly to the string and the string only makes her power stronger
It's a similar idea with all the other leaders but they choose how their powers work when they inherit the string. Poppy on the other hand… let's just say that because she sees power as nothing but a burden but she doesn't like the idea of Viva gaining that power she keeps the fact that she knows about the strings existence to herself as she doesn't like the idea of anyone gaining that sort of power not even herself
Can't say he doesn't deserve it but man does this hurt should my heart be breaking or not that's the question
I had a small idea while listening to a Sofia the first song- this au has Big Sister Barb and Adopted Rock troll Branch!
These kinds of aus have so much angst potential :)
