Total Drama revenge of the island theory! That's probably totally incorrect
I think Jo knows that Mike has DID she just doesn't care. Cause she constitently refers to each personality by their name and seems to be able to distinguish between them (in Finders Creepers, she calls Vito strong man but she'd never call Mike this) obviously she also refers to them as 'acts' but in this theory she's doing that despite her knowledge cause while I think Jo is kind of.... mean.... I don't think she'd reveal medical information on behalf of someone else, afterall it doesnt benefit her. I also think that some instances of her calling them acts could be either before she realized what it actually was or she was just playing along with it, afterall I'm going on the fact that she realizes at least after the 3rd episode that Mike has DID.
I just. You'd think some of the more smarter observant characters would notice that he doesn't retain memories of his 'acts'. Well other than the guy who was stuck in a literal bubble all his life with nothing to do but read.
Hi I just posted a tdroti theory but here's a thing I noticed that turned into a theory while I was writing
Vito takes all the showers for the system, we see this when Cameron is listing all the triggers for each person. But like Mike was wearing a robe? Does Vito also change their clothes for them, at least partly? Does he willingly let Mike be in control for that part? Cause Mike would be shirtless while he's changing, so Vito would either have to let him be in control which he's shown an unwillingness to do or he just decides to finish getting dressed knowing that (at least in the rules of the show) it'll end his time in control, which he's shown an unwillingness to do. Like what?

Or at least she learns to recognize the gasp between the alters switches. Because when Manitoba first appears in A Mine is a Terrible Thing to waste, she immediately pounces on him saying "Vito baby is that you?" So clearly she knows.
Does everyone actually know except Zoe and Scott (until Cameron tells him)?
At this point maybe Lightning knows but he's never really interacted with Mike or his alters (to my memory) and also he thought Jo was a dude so.
