savoury stuff for lunch/dinner

tofu turned out reallyyyy good!!! cornstarch does the trick to make it crispy.

lil mushroom pasta , shells on sale at the grocery store, reallyyy yumm. just a brown butter sauce. add some parm it’s perf !!
