Being injured is honestly the most boring thing in the world, getting to see everyone else do what you love while you're sat in the corner with an ice pack just chillin. So anyone got suggestions on how to overcome this dilemma??

International Taekwondo Competitions

Tbh I thought that moving down a weight category would make competitions become slightly easier but oh how I was wrong😂. The Bulgarian, Russian, French & German girls that I was up against were all about 5ft10 & weighed less than me 👍🏾😿
