Hello whump queen. I saw that you have a list of John whup fics and I was wondering if you could share? ^_^
#screams.
Well, right off the batt there’s tb5-heavenward‘s fanfiction which I am 1000% in love with. For John whump she’s written the ongoing ‘Heavenward’ series and a lil oneshot for me called ‘Accident’ which will 5ever be my favorite thing. Oh plus there’s the The Cape Canaveral Caper which I had to check three times how to spell, and feats John being the worlds most biggest most precious dork.
I will fite ppl over how much I love ‘Orion Armed’ by i-mpeckable. Seriously. A whole load of well written John whump with a good plot and adorably worried Gordon right there.
‘Scarlet Burn’ by writerdarkflamespyre is honestly some of my favorite pure John!whump out there (feat hurt!Scott too), also The ‘Bound’ series (Part One Part Two, Part Three) by her is hella good and will probably make you cry (tw: cancer).
My other fav hurt!John fics that I will scream about include: ‘Not the Best of Days’ by Balek, ‘Reentry’ by pollywantsa, ‘Splash’ by Balek, and ‘Recovery’ by Macx.
Aside from these you might find; ‘Meteorite’ by RussianKat, ‘Coming Home’ by Princess-Tyler-Briefs, and ‘Banshee’ by tiylaya, are all pretty good. I also vaguely remember ‘Accidents’ by Puzzler was good, oh and ‘Flying Away’ by geekygirl24 has kidnapped!John. ‘That’s Just How Big Brothers Are’ by knighttakking is post-Eos. ‘Unlucky’ and ‘Broken’ by artisticrainey will tear ur soul out and make u cry. So will ‘Butterflies’ and ‘Pyrite Moon’ which I’ve only just read and AFGHGFDSASDFGHgfdsjakgjdsalll read them, honesty, if you don’t mind a bit of cute OC’s hanging about amongst all the extreme (and I do mean a bit trigger-warning-ey extreme) hurt!John.
If you’re desperate (haha) I’ve written the John-whump-fest that is ‘Bring Our Starman Home‘ which has lots of hurt John in (and a little bit of Scott and it ends all super fluffy and dorky) and I do have a couple of others half-written in the works that I really need to finish and get posted.
‘Sleep Spaceman’ is pretty hurty though. Oh and there’s ‘Return to Earth‘ but that only sort of half counts. Uh if you don’t mind mini!fics then there’s; This, This (which is more Emotional H/C), This, This, This, This annnd This probably all count, and, uh, ‘No Grave To Visit’ is emotionalH/C for all the boys and This is During-Eos hurtyness yeahhhh, have some things nonnie. Someone needs to stop me writing these oh no.
Oh plus the John Blog Masterlist has some pretty hurty John things in, if you don’t mind the RP format.

Random thought but it just occurred to me that realistically, all the Tracys are ready to accept that either they or one of their brothers might die when they’re on a mission :0 and if that happened, John would probably be the last to know because he’s essentially ‘blind’ if he losses contact with his brothers :( but, fortunately, because they are the main characters, they have some protection so that’s never going to happen :D
I LOVE FUSE SM OML T^T he’s the best TAG villain :) change my mind. He’s saved Scott, was concerned about Gordon, genuinely a nice(ish) guy, (if you ignore how many people he has and nearly has killed… :D) I’m bingeing s3 at 23:54 at night… ;-; I’m a sad person…
