-(p. 118) I just remembered the scene in Squirrelflight’s Hope where she and Leafpool were talking about Squirrelflight (or I guess Squirrelstar now this feels so surreal) being clan leader and Leafpool being her medicine cat and I just realized that they were sO CLOSE TO HAVING IT BUT THEY ACHIEVED THEIR DREAM AT TWO DIFFERENT TIMES and I’m sad now

Frostpaw!! She's definitely one of my favorites and I relate to her so hard 😭
Mad respect for Splashtail just absolutely speed running his villain arc. He’s just over a year old and he’s murdered at least one cat (probably two), tried to murder an apprentice, and has become leader of his clan through getting someone to agree to be a false medicine cat.
I don’t know what happened to this guy to make him just choose violence and have such an intense desire to be in power but you’ve got to respect the grind here this is impressive.
