Why is it always ‘queer people are projecting their identities onto characters’ and never ‘straight people are presuming that their identity is the default’?

i wish we were all labeled as questioning until we tell others what our gender is as a kid
or just human
one day no one should have to come out it sgiuld just be acceptable
imagine one day straight people had to come out
stop assuming that straight and cis are normal
