Heres A Picture Of The Portrait I Did This Year For The Memory Project (something Everyone Reading This

Here’s a picture of the portrait I did this year for The Memory Project (something everyone reading this post should look into) Incase you didn’t know, The Memory Project takes pictures of people in unfortunate situations and sends them to artists and art teachers around the world to get their portraits done. It’s really a nice gift because a lot of times these people don’t have access to photographs or ways of remembering happy moments, and it just shows that someone out there cares about them- cares about them enough to spend hours on a work of art for them. Here’s a link to their website: https://memoryproject.org

I completed this about 3 weeks ago. The little boy’s favorite color was red, and being tired of all of the same fire and flower backgrounds kids who like this color see over and over again, I painted a giant crab in the background. I thought it as fitting because beautiful crabs live in the Philippines, and I hope he can cherish this painting for as long as necessary. Also- fan brushes save lives.

I usually don’t say this, but please don’t remove the caption on this picture. I posted it to spread the word about this organization.
