Starting my DVD rewatch of the final seasons of The Magicians. 😭
Logging the episodes on Serialzd as I go, and noticing they, and the fifth season in general, is rated lower than the rest of the show.
I remember when the show was on, there were a LOT of people upset with...let's just say, with how the fourth season ended. There was a lot of uproar, and that didn't help keep the show going as folks dropped off...
Now, *I* still like the fifth season, and while I do pick up on a little dip in quality, party because of final seasonness, I do have to wonder if the lower ratings have a lot to do with folks being unhappy with certain other decisions.
