THE FLOP SIDE AAAAHHHHJCBFKCBDM
TL;DR, that shit had way too much content put into it.
The problem was it was dragged on for way to long &, according to many, felt like fetish bait. jokes about selling feet pics are fine, i mean, we have the route where nicole manipulates jeffy to tell her his fetishes which she then spreads around the school, these fetishes being summarized as “30ft women with cat features to step on me” which was brought up in flipside. at the start of this route i personally thought it was pretty funny & a shocking callback to the previous games. however… when the route is dragged on for way to long, described in dialogue way too much, & has basically 90% of the CG’s in the whole game, that’s when it becomes a problem.

On a not so related note, I kinda like how she's such a asshole in the betrayal ending from FlipSide. I wonder if it's her true self or if she just had the idea of stepping on Jecka's dad and thought "I don't see why not"

It’s been 6 hour since i watched the flip side gameplay and i still have that uncomfortable feeling in my gut. I shudder every time i remember the scenes from there. especially the foot fetish scenes... I was shocked, I've never felt so uncomfortable before.
And then I thought that I wanted to go back to the first two parts over and over again, to learn new interesting details, carefully reading the dialogues.
But things are completely different with the flip side. I hate even thinking about the flip side events, let alone reviewing them. I don’t fucking know how it was possible to make absolutely all the characters in the game disgusting but the flip side and SBN made it. But that's just a little part of what made me feel absolutely unpleasant.
Maybe that was the point. Maybe not. I still hate it with every fibre of my being and i'd rather ignore this part of the franchise as if it never existed and keep drawing what i like. But i think i'm still gonna need a little break to recover from the shock
guys wtf was the flip side. Jecka was my favorite character and they fucking ruined her? She didn’t get a single happy ending, and I feel like (almost) everyone was out of character. It was extremely short, too, sbn3 literally said he didn’t put as much effort into it. ALSO FUCK SBN3 BTW.
also why did they mention Palestine? Bringing up an actual real life war feels like too much, even for co09

okay I played the new class of ‘09 and while I DEFINITELY have my issues on it, I feel like it overall wasn’t that bad.,.? I feel like the main reason why people think Nicole sucks in this one might be due to “main character syndrome” because even in the OG class of ‘09 she still sucks and we know that, the only difference now is that we are getting it from Jecka’s POV. Overall while the Flip Side does have its ups and downs I just didn’t think it was that bad? (Besides the fetish stuff). But I definitely do agree with people when they say SBN3 kind of made this game gross bc he’s a gross incel piece of shit.
Am i the only one who feels like the flipside hate is a little bit extreme? Like I completely get portions of it, the feet shit is objectively weird and goes nowhere. Characters are flanderized at breakneck speeds, and i like chuckled probably 4 time throughout watching it. That being said the way ppl are talking abt it would make you think it murdered their entire family so like even if its shitty I don't think its THAT shitty, yk?
Like ppl are accusing it of just being Jecka torture porn and while I can get that, did y'all even play the first game? Half of that game is Nicole just being constantly harassed sexually by men so I rlly just don't get it?? PLEASE if you can explain the hate more in detail to me I would love to hear it because i rlly do wanna understand and my first impressions are just vry mixed rn
