so i was thinking about how the phantom troupe has the spider tattoos to indicate that they’re in the troupe and it just occurred to me, who actually does the tattoos?? idk if it’s ever been said who does the tattoos but i can just imagine a new member has just been initiated into the phantom troupe for killing someone and chrollo is just like:

the idea of a group of the most dangerous thieves in the hxh universe just waiting around a random tattoo parlour waiting for their new member to get tatted is so funny to me (also the idea that this one random 19 year old tattooist is completely safe from any of the troupe activities solely because they do all the troupe tats)
