Okay so I had this thought and it's more leo centric (bayverse) and it's reader is with April and maybe one or two other brothers during a mission. And it's a stake out and so April is trying to conversate like "So how is it goin with 'you know who?'" And it's just reader trying their best to be very ambitious about their feelings for leo but the other brother with them on the stake out pieces it together or maybe reader let's an obvious trait slip and then teasing ensues XD sorry if it's confusing but it's been on my mind lol

Summary : On a stakeout with Raphael and April O’Neal, you let slip you have taken a liking to the leader in blue.

The moon was waxed across Ed the night sky, stars shining ever so slightly down upon The Big Apple. The wind dim, nearly unnoticeable. Nothing seemed off about tonight. Other than a few passerby’s going on their ways. That was if you didn’t know what you were looking for.

Sitting on top of a building, perhaps an apartment complex, you didn’t know, were with your friends, April and Raphael. Rumors had spread around town of a drug heist going on a few buildings over and you three had decided to check it out. Nothing serious enough for all four of the brothers to come along, April mostly watching for anything for her news report.

Kicking your feet, you had become bored. No activity had come up so far, not even a suspicious vehicle. “See anything Y/n?” April asked, glancing your way. Shrugging your shoulders you sighed, laying down against the pavement, deeming the night sky to be more interesting. “Nope. How about you big guy?” Glancing your eyes upward, gesturing towards the hotheaded terrapin. “Nothin’. Damn near dead on this part a town.”

“Shocker.” Muttering to yourself, you closed your eyes, the cool air trying to lull you to sleep. There was a calm, yet nearly uncomfortable silence on the rooftop. Deciding to break the silence, April decided to bring up a recent conversation you two had shared.

“Sooooo…since we’re doing nothing. How’s it going with ‘you know who’?” Eyes now wide open, quickly sitting up, you turned your full attention to the reporter. “Oh It’s um. Yeah, Le- uh the guy doesn’t really…know yet?” Giving an awkward smile, hands giving off a small gesture.

Raphael didn’t care much for gossip but as soon as he heard you slip up, he was all ears. The terrapin walked up, a mischievous smirk bright as day. “Little Y/n has a crush on a certain brother of mine huh?” He chuckled out, seeing your face go red as a tomato. “You know he likes you too? You shoulda known by now.”

“Wait what?” Snapping your head, eyes raised in uncertainty. “Come on. It’s obvious. He’s gentle witcha when trainin’, first to greet ya back at home, and damn he’s always staring!” Lifting his arms in the air, letting them fall loosely by his sides.

“Besides, he talks about ya a lot when you’re not around. Seriously he’s worse than Mikey.” He added, messing with his toothpick. Looking down into your lap, you didn’t know what to feel. You knew you were happy. But between happy, nervous, embarrassed, your mind was racing. “I never really thought of that before.”

“Now you gotta tell him!” Shoving your shoulder, April giggled. “Hey! Stop that.” You threatened, earning another giggle that had you rolling your eyes, smile evident. “She’s right, ya know. He’s too pussy ta do it; might as well.” Raphael added, now twirling the stick between his digits. “Who knows, might get lucky.”

“Okay! Okay, too much!” You quickly interrupted, index finger pointing at the turtle in red. “I’m not even on first base yet.” Before anyone could say anything else, a loud roar of a van pooling from the streets echoed, a small group of people hopping out with piles of boxes and large bags.

“Okay but we’re just saying. Tell him how you feel already. Now come on!” Rushing her words, April jumped down, followed by Raphael. “Maybe one day.” You whispered, pulling out your blade, following the two vigilante’s. ‘Maybe one day.’

This movies is not talked about at all and its sad 😭😭

This scene is so well done though, like the creators really did go all out its scrumptious
