I've been putting off watching the 2023 tdi reboot just because I'm lazy, but i just got the urge to binge it and now I'm sad because I wanted to be lazy and not watch it but not anymore I guess

had a dream last night that a new episode leaked and the campers had to canoe through a river in the woods but julia fell out of her canoe and off a cliff (???) and tumbled deeper into the woods and mk was like "oh no... i care about her enough to throw this challenge JULIA I'M COMING!" and dove after her only to find that some random guy in the woods had done a magic spell that turned julia into a giant purple unicorn because she didn't get enough love as a child. and mk was just chilling with julia the unicorn until the spell wore off.

hi i've been a bit not interested in td for a while!! sorry for the inactivity, but that's the reason. i have some old stuff from 2023 i haven't posted here so i thought well, might as well! here's a little drawing i did for a hypothetical td x sanrio collab! it was gonna be a longer series, which is why i didn't post it initially.
I tried making a tdi2023 high school socmed/twitter au last December and I made these accounts for them! while there are text conversations I never ended up finishing the storyline. but I still find these accounts amusing and in character!! i hope you like them

really wanted to draw some td stuff again! here's a headcanon I've had for like a while. Devin and MK as half siblings! they're both Korean (with MK also being half Vietnamese). i don't think they talk much but Devin usually fills up all the talking when they do.

This! Priya in particular is SUPER different from Zoey or Sky like she’s way more intense, competitive, socially inept, and prone to anger than either of them ever were. Even at their angriest, it was nothing compared to Priya’s rage 😭, and she has a more distinct backstory & motivation as well (training her whole life for the show)
Really all three of them are different flavors of the “main athletic girl with a season long romance plot” (Hell Skave even subverted expectations and DIDN’T turn out to be the endgame lovey dovey couple) so the “Zoey/Sky clone” claims come across as very shallow IMO.
Caleb is honestly more similar to Zoey and Sky ngl. Even tempered, ideal understanding love interest to high strung Priya like Zoey was to Mike or what Sky initially appeared to be for Dave, but also being a bit naive (Zoey) and not the best communicator (Sky)
