hyacinths to feed the soul If of thy mortal goods thou art bereft, and from thy slender store two loaves alone to thee are left, sell one, and with the dole buy hyacinths to feed thy soul. (I've always believed that it was Saadi, but I could be wrong):

weeping willows weeping pines I’ve been on tree studies in Bulgaria, felt like showing something of it to you:

blossoms that kept aloof
remixes'n'originals. I've bought children's felt tip pens and I've been drawing using them all weekend:

day by day, three sketches, three landscapes you’ll never know what’s supposed to be in the last one (I’ve already heard the theory that this is the window where Gandalf the White rides his horse, though — you can’t beat it):

3/100 it is timeless, an old lady is there, sitting on the bench, then she will stand up and walk in cycles until she stops near me to ask what time is it
I joined the 3-materials-drawing-challenge hosted by @kathryn_boyt, @charlotte.durance and @naomitippingillustrator. The aim is to draw every day for a 100 days from life using just 3 materials and for no more than 30 minutes.
materials: a blue Neocolor, an orange Van Gogh oil pastel and a wine color Copic.

52/100 I’m kinda proud of this piece, because I could achieve so many colors (green, violet and even orange at the ages!) using just three: blue + yellow + pink as a background (and pencil as shading ofc)
materials: a yellow Neocolor, a pencil from Faber castell and Koh-I-Noor blue drawing ink. the sketchbook page was prepped with Neocolor II.
