Gotta love gameplay and story integration.
I find it very amusing that Specter is the Abyssal Hunter who’s captain let her be captured by the cult church of the deep, underwent torture and experiments no normal human could survive, had enough condensed liquid originium to kill a whole city injected into her spine, is constantly suffering from the originium destroying her body only for it to immediately regenerate from her being an Abyssal Hunter, underwent so much pain and torment to have her develop another personality , get amnesia, and spend most of her time in a catatonic semi-conscious state, only to finally become fully lucid once again as herself from the smell of the sea and the seaborn enemies she was made into a super soldier to fight, and the first time was only lucid temporarily. She endured all that, and still Skadi is the Abyssal Hunter that is near universally recognized as “the struggler.”
